Is Simms supposed to overcome the horseshit offensive line or get the running game going or get receivers open? It's not just the QB who sucks. Everyone sucks.

 

Time to buy a QB in FA. Without being bad enough to draft an elite QB, we need to sign a starter, even if a stop gap.While I don't think he fits Marty's offense, we should consider opening the wallet for a FA like Cutler, who is at least a top 10-15 QB.

This is too far. We need a good QB. We have a good offensive coordinator and a good defensive HC and now we just need a good QB who is not a project rookie.

 

Simms won't do crap with this OLine, the targets and the playcalling at the start of a game when the game isn't out of hand.

 

Jet fans always need a scapegoat to turn to. It is always one person who somehow makes everyone look bad.

Geno Smith is the reason our secondary is awful. Geno Smith is the reason our OLine is lousy in pass protection. Geno Smith is the reason our targets drop balls NFL WRs need to make.

1 throw changes the fate of the game? It was a shit throw but what about the two blown coverages, one to Jones for the TD and one to T. Smith? What about the sacks given up? Its on Geno for holding onto the ball too long because our targets can't get any separation?

 

We want to see for ourselves that this team has two quarterbacks that suck this bad.

 

There are plenty of good defenses in the nfl. Its not like Rex is the only good D-Coordinator. There are plenty of terible things about him that overshadow his positives. He needs to go.
