Prob next season, if the Rangers do endup with Yakupov. I think Nash is going to be a Cindy Crosby and miss the rest of the season. This is intersting, Edmonton's twitter page is denying the trade rumos, yet Yakupov is a healthy scratch tonight. Let's not forget the Edmonton's brass at the Ranger game the other night. My prediction: Rangers give up waaayy to much for Yakupov and end up with a player AV can't control.. FML.
Felt like I was watching Oprah. YOU GET A GOAL! AND YOU GET A GOAL! AND YOU GET A GOAL! POINTS FOR EVERYONE!
Dominating win, Crosby is a girl, Kreids should have punched him in that big head...only negative as my son texted me, MDZ is the worst player on the ice, 3 giveaways in one sequence on the same shift...he needs to go to hartford and regroup...or to the Oilers...
My son watched from the press box last night, and said the whole Oilers hierarchy was there watching including Mess...something's brewin'...Hemsky?
I don't want to take anything away from this win, but let's face it: Pittsburgh played an absolutely terrible defensive game. That was about as poor a defenssive performance I have ever seen.
Quality win...Hank and Boyle were the best players on the ice, Fleury is garbage, he should be in a roller hockey league, Crosby is a girl, Malkin took the night off, especially defensively, Letang is an overrated midget...
Rockin house last night in the Garden. One of the more fun home games I've been to in a while but agreed, the Pens looked like a tired team. I was wondering if they were coming off a stretch of 3 in 4 nights or something but that's not the case. Could have just been a one-off. They're obviously a lot better than the team they looked like last night (well, aside from Fleury) but credit the Rangers for taking advantage. Nice win, quick turnaround vs. the Midwest Rangers.
Fluery is well deserving of the criticism he gets, but last night, that loss was not his fault. That defense gave up so many odd-man rushes, it was ridiculous!
