I do agree with your point about Torts, though. Hell, if Hitchcock didn't take over a comatose Blues team early in the season, Torts should have won the Jack Adams that year.

I know they didn't play well, but they took back a legit goal. He didn't kick it in. He was skating and the puck bounced off his skate as he was skating forward.

dude. Watch it again. He clearly lifts his leg, cocks it back a bit to corale the puck back towards the net with his foot. It was CLEARLY kicked in.

How many times did the puck get past Delzaster at the point, he's not the only one to blame though...Talbot played an excellent game but you can't win when you don't score...I agree with Micheletti he tried to move the puck to his stick with his foot, he didn't try to kick it in....1 more fuckin game on this road trip

No one EVETR keeps the puck in at the point. Definitely not MDZ's strong point....or anyone's.....No mention of Staal's give away on the game winner? What if that was MDZ? Miller kicked it in.

Staal was terrible last night, Girardi played a great game, I didn't say he didn't kick it in, I just said it wasn't his intention, he tried to get the puck to his stick blade....gotta love this schedule, Wings on the road, Habs at home back on the road the next night to Isles...10 road games, 1 home game

Funny how Talbot looked like he was dead but came back and played the rest of the game, Pouliot hit him 10 feet from the boards and should have gotten 2 minutes

I agree on his lack of intent.

As soon as the SHG went in, I knew we were done

This team falling behind by 1 goal is like being behind 3 goals for a normal team

    Positives:

    Talbot played an excellent game
Girardi was all over the place in the d zone
Kreider plays so much better when he plays physical
Dorsett for standing up for McD
Mashinter for hitting Simmons twice on the button
    Dom Moore played well
