The rules debut comes on a game deciding kick in OT. Awesome! Now I'll be praying the JETS get in the playoffs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
This is supervisor of officials explaining the new rule. Note the direct reference to second level. [GVIDEO]http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-video...ino-explains-ban-on-overloading-line-on-kicks[/GVIDEO]
is that the MHK thing that Kraft had tattooed on the butt of that 20 year old bimbo he was banging shortly after the shiva period ended?
NFL.Com is not the NFL rulebook. Chances are they forgot to edit it when the actual rule took effect.
the rule is quite simple but probably not simple enough for semi retarded chowd trolls and trailer trash phin phans with "second (grade) level" educations to comprehend Kicking Plays Defensive players can't push down linemen into the offensive line. That will result in a 15 yard unnecessary roughness penalty.
As far as the '2nd level', #94 put himself in the 2nd level when instead of rushing the kicker he stepped back in order to get behind the guy in front of him.
Folk obviously didn't listen to Rex about not having sex before the game or he would have made the first kick. Kicker can't afford to have weak legs!
Although your prayers are welcome, its looking more & more as though Rex outcoached BB and schooled him in the art of gamesmanship, so I suggest you direct your prayers to BB and the Pats, who after being caught in multiple cheating attempts over the years, are more in need of Divine Intervention
Ummm...I prefer to look at it like ANOTHER chicken shit RAT Jet HC whining to the officials cuz he ain't got what it takes to beat BB on the field. Karma has something waiting for down the road. ROFLMAO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Ah yes whining to the officials, Bill never does that http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...o-receive-fine-wednesday-for-grabbing-referee And Mangini and Rex both have outcoached Bill heading into their "whining" games, so you might want to stick with facts. Whining you Patriots never do that, it's not the Patriot way. Stick to facts, Bill didn't know the rule or knew the rule and didn't care (not new). I like how you are annoyed at not your own coach for breaking the rules (spygate) and not knowing the rules (this thing).
I think it's fairly evident that Belichick knew the rule, knew he was violating it, but thought he wouldn't get caught so he did it anyway in hopes of getting a competitive advantage. Very characteristic of him. Not at all unlike the videotaping. There is no way that Belichick, who is arguably the most meticulous, perfectionist coach in the league would overlook a new rule that the refs taught and emphasized during training camp. As for those of you bringing up the nfl.com interpretation, it's pretty clear now that that was an error on the part of the website and not reflective of what was in the rulebook.
believe it or not, there are still some whining, pathetic losers out there like Joker and lying dishonest, untrustworthy Mitch who refuse to accept the reality that the New York Jets kicked the living crap out of their overrated Cheating Douchebags
What really irks me is that many people said that this penalty decided the game when in reality if there was no flag then brady would still have to move the ball about 25 yards to set up a make-able field goal. Anything could have happened in that time and while there was a possibility that the pats could have won the game it was not guaranteed that they would win.
Think you need to read this article... http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap20...s-warned-refs-about-patriots-fieldgoal-tactic
If anyone actually believes Belichick didn't know the actual rule, I've got a fabulous bridge to sell you...
How did that work out for you crybabies the last time Jets visited you in Jan? You really are a bitter looser. The call was made by the rules and there is absolutely nothing wrong with HC demanding for the opponent to STOP CHEATING. It was true with Mangini and remains true with Rex. It doesn't matter anyway.... In a couple of short years Brady will retire. BB's "genius" will finally catch up with you and shortly thereafter most of you will try really hard to forget you were ever Pats fan.
