    Great trade!!

Trade away Simms and a late rounder. I'm all for this!

The Rams spent a 3rd round pick for Bailey. I'm assuming that they'd need a 3rd rounder at least to let him go at this point.

If the Jets talent evaluators thought he was worth the pick they should definitely consider making an offer. They have an extra 3rd next season and several extra picks in addition from free agent compensation.

Getting a guy that has history with Geno at a position that is not that strong for the Jets right now would be a coup.

Why not save a draft pick and claim Tavarres King off the waiver wire before 4:00 PM today?

All the people that want this trade I have 1 simple question, who would Stedman get reps over?

Umm, we would have another option at WR. Not necessarily replacing someone, but adding depth to a depleted receiving corp

The guy has 0 yards receiving.. I am liking what we have here in Hill, Kerley and now Nelson. Don't want to give up draft picks.. We need all of them next year.

So trade a 4th for a guy that could be 5th on the chart when Holmes gets back?

i swear to god, i'm going to explode if people keep talking about us keeping our draft picks. i doubt we'd give up anything more than a 5th and simms for this guy. you aren't getting a good player in the 5th round that has the potential that bailey has. sometimes you can trade draft picks

Sure, just trade away the best player on the whole team.

Thats your opinion, not to mention what has Stedman done so far in the NFL to warrant this trade?

Chemistry with Geno Smith , and overall talent and youth should be enough.

This. You guys need to relax. Yes we're doing better than expected but this is still a rebuilding team. Let's save our draft picks for May.

You do realize the man doesn't have a single catch yet this season AND they just drafted him in the 3rd right?

He cant catch it if its not thrown its way or without snaps on field right? Question is can you get this kind of talent in next years 4th round?
