Jets vs. Patriots - 2013 Week 7

If it weren't for the pick 6 the score would've been 14-10

 

Bluto continues to be in over his head. We need a HEAD COACH not a glorified defensive co who isn't even that great at that job

 

Or the offense can not turn it over :wink:

 

Need a huge fucking stand from the D to start the 3rd. It's a must.

 

One bad pass in 18 throws by Geno. But a very bad pass.

Very nice half of throwing the ball with the exception of the one very bad pass to Nelson.

 

14 to 13 maybe. They were in Field Goal range I believe.

as crappy as the D looked, they only gave up 14 to tommygirl and the Putz in the first half

 

We would have had at least a field goal there

So the defense was reeling but held their own that half. Not sure if they can do it again to start the second half.

So far just overall poor team play. The Jets O while grabbing 10 points, gave up 7, and kicked 3 punts in a row inside their own 30.

ST got 3 points, but a poor KR by Cribbs, and poor punt coverage on Edelman setting up the Pats on the 30.

Overall the defense has played the best out of all 3 units, but they are only playing average today. That means the other two units are really poor today.

 

We were in FG range when he threw the pick so it would be 14-13 or at least a 1 possession game.

 

What I take from this is that the Jets just don't have enough weapon.

 

Yeah that's true. That pick 6 might be the difference.

 

You would think we are down by 30 by the whining around here it's Eleven points!

 

I hate it when I hear/see this crap. No one knows what would have happened without the pick 6.

 

Ok, maybe I'm missing something, but don't we have the #4 defense?

 

We got the FG on the next drive after the TO. We would not have had that drive without the TO. So 14-10 is more accurate if you assume everything else happens exactly as it did.
