I'll still be rooting for Mark, I'd love to see him in AZ. Palmer isn't the same. That's of course if they don't go QB in April. Fitzgerald make everyone look better than they really are.

He's having a pretty good stretch, but that could be an aberration too. Maybe the light finally came on for Pryor. We'll know for sure by the end of the season.

This surgery could be a blessing in disguise for Sanchez. A new start with a new team in a new city could resurrect his career. If Sanchez is smart, he heads towards home be it Zona or Oak, or even SD as a back up to Rivers. He might benefit the most from backing up Rivers come to think of it.

    I was being kind.

Back on topic—I don’t think anyone is handing Sanchez a starting gig next year, not even close-- not after 2012, labrum surgery and sitting out a year. His best shot is a backup to an older mediocre QB like AZ. They’ll no doubt be picking a QB early to groom, but it would make sense for Sanchez to try it there.
    Yup.
That’s also another smart destination, he’s probably going to need another full year to rehab.

Wish the best for the guy. Would like to see him pull an Alex Smith next year.

    our gm made that call?

funny, why wasnt mark ready for it until rex came over and told him to get his helmet on. and why was simms or whoever it was standing there looking ready to be called in.

it was a spur of hte moment decision by rex to give HIS guy another chance to separate himself. and it went terribly wrong for them, well for mark because it made rex not be able to do something stupid with sanchez during the actual season.... and that may end up saving him his job.

The separation couldn't have been greater at that moment and we'd have another win or 2 if Mark was at QB.

again it's common sense. The reason TB was close was b/c of Geno mistakes, the reason we lost at NE was b/c of Geno, the reason we lost at Ten was b/c of Geno.

On the flip side do we beat Atl w/ mark? Geno made some plays I haven't seen Mark make so I'll say no.

you just fucking blamed Geno for every loss or close game yet bitched about people doing that Mark, GTFO with your agenda that shit is old

we're 3-2 with Geno, we would not be 4-1 or 5-0 with Mark

vs the Patriots everyone was dropping balls, he threw 3 picks yes but lets not act like Mark is some sort of wizard

vs the Titans we lose that game no matter what, the defense couldn't stop the Titans, good field position or not Locker was killing us

#1 act like an adult and knock off the cursing.

#2 I blamed Mark when he deserved it. Geno was bad in the 2 losses, the primary culprit in each. Are you going to argue differently? 3 INts including one in FG range in a 3 pt loss in NE- you think mark does that w/ the new scheme and the healthy talent we had that night? I am supremely confident we win that game, the only one in doubt is Tennessee as they beat us in every phase but only scored 1 TD w/o the help of a Geno TO.

You know Locker was knocked out, right?

I am not bashing Geno but we would have been better off if Geno started the year on the bench. he was great Monday Night and hopefully that is a turning point for him but that was the first game he looked ready to be an NFL starting QB from start to finish.

What is the agenda? did our D allow a last minute score to NE or Ten? I must have missed those along w/ Geno's 7 TOs.

Your definition of "blaming Mark" is saying "Mark has to play better but the defense blah blah blah "

    #1- whatever

#2- my point is the statement is dumb and pointless on top of many things related to Sanchez at this point. We all want him to get healthy and be able to continue living his dream BUT to say we'd be in a better position right now with him under center is something you cant prove and on top of that what has Sanchez shown you the past 2 years that leads you to believe that

Geno has shown me that he can learn from his mistakes, take responsibility for the team and lead us down the field in crucial moments

you couldn't be more clueless if you think starting Sanchez would have the Jets in a better position

Geno brought new life and energy to the team

Geno is a rookie. It was understood that he would make mistakes. But your biased agenda hasn't allowed you to look at it that way. Because if you did you wouldn't have even made that comment that Geno lost us those games.

I have not bashed Geno at all, I was happy w/ Geno overall before his excellent performance Monday Night but I know we would have been better w/ Mark through 4 weeks.

The clueless ones are the ones that don't think we would have been better early in the season, maybe not later(we'll see about that) but so far? it's not even really debatable.

ok so I am not allowed to blame Mark for the Saints, Bills and Pats games in 2009?

You guys are the ones w/ the agenda. I treat them all fairly.

I'm not sure we beat Atl w/ Mark but going into that game at worst we would have been 3-1.
