The best part about that win was that Turico had to keep his yapper shut with Jets banter. He was just looking for an excuse to rag on them like he did on the MNF Titans game last year, but he couldn't. He got some wise cracks in near the beginning, but you could tell he so badly wanted the Jets to collapse. Eat a dick, Turico.
So proud of the Jets right now! Geno just showed us what could be. Will he be perfect going forward? No, but he showed more heart than I've seen in a while. This is what he could be when he has the turnovers under control.
I was getting so pissed with all the "mucks" that were being discussed at end of game. Talking about no turnovers, folks not missing etc.... seemed like every comment got me pissed
So nice to have a team that is really Big and I think intimidating. As far as just straight up physical football/ street fight I am comfortable going to battle with Snacks, Richardson, Wilkerson, Ellis, Coples, Davis, Harris. Big Boys- hard hitting boys.
He had one or two that made me chuckle, like the one about the turnover machine getting shut off but yea you could tell he had a whole bag of one liners ready to go haha dickhead
Jets, Jets Good young team. High times ahead if they stay healthy. Remember close games in the NFL are decided by the officials. The veteran players especially the QB's get the calls. Got to score points in bunches. Today's NFL is like a park game.
Man. That's the most fun, fulfilling Jets Monday Night Football game I have seen in years. Awesome. Could Geno have been any better.
We could have still drafted Richardson at our original pick at #9. Add a healthy Revis to this defense, oh man... Julio Jones would have been silenced by Revis tonight, and it would left us better able to defend Gonzo.

Just like Gruden had something to say about every penalty called on Atlanta as ticky tacky and " let them play" and everything called on us didn't have a single comment. This, and I know because we won we are going to let it go, again, but I feel like we get terrible, terrible calls whenever it's a big moment in a game. The league hates us. We had that game won before the last drive, I'm glad we won I'm glad Geno led one hell of a drive, I'm glad Folk was clutch (I walked out of the room for the kick, I just couldn't take it), but such bullshit with the way we get calls. Doesn't matter if it's a flag, a review, anything I just know if something important is up to the NFL/refs we are getting fucked, the same way you know the pats get every possible break. The bullshit call on 4th and 3 tonight or the overturned fumble in week 2, or the non call on sanchez getting hit way late in the 09 championship game, We are always fighting another team and the officiating. Not wearing the green shades either, I've way too many times heard the other teams fans at the bar admit the Jets got fucked. Who's dick do we have to suck to get the Jets golden boy status.
I used to think "oh Folk" when he was up for a kick. He was very hit and miss. Now its "thank Folk" we have him. Been clutch this season.
IMO we beat them twice. That bogus penalty called on Davis which led to a Atl TD, had that been 4th down and out we run the clock... but then Geno marches downfield to set up Folk. Memorable win lads and lasses :jets:
