And there you go, misleading again, I backed off a subjective statistic and re-evaluated...that's called maturity and accepting I was incorrect in the initial statement. I owned up to it already and adjusted upwards...btw I don't consider really good passes to be a pass that ANY QB should make on a regular basis. And I'll say if I went through every foot of footage on Sanchez I'd find far more very bad plays than very good ones. But you see that reveals you own bitterness, your own hatred, you hold on to something that I've admitted was overstated and had adjusted off of (even before you called me on it, I had re-evaluated it on my own, but I still own up to the initial error). You see, I know when to admit I was wrong..because if you continue to argue a point even when demonstrated that you were wrong only show's that perhaps senility has set in. If you include post season stats then yes, unfortunately in career stats you are the ONLY person who counts them as a lumped sum....and here's a hint, when you interpret and use numbers differently than every other organization out there then it's 99.99999999999999999999....999999% certain your wrong.
I changed the context of the discussion? I'll remind you your the one that brought career stats in to the discussion, and posted them in a way that implied something other than what you were stating. But yeah, I'm the one who changed the context of the discussion? Dude, get on some meds, I mean seriously. You have issues.
Dude you are truly delusional...I owe no apology and I offered none. I think I hear your doctor calling, something about Josephine missing her little Napoleon.
You chose the context of "stats", I was only (and always) talking about plays. YOU changed the context. That was where this whole idiotic discussion started, that Sanchez had never made a PLAY as good as Geno's throw to Holmes. Sanchez completed over 1100 passes in NFL games that count, and over 75 TD passes in NFL games that count. Yet, according to you, he only threw 8-10 "really good" passes. Hyperbole of the highest order. And I don't need meds, I'm not the angry old hate filled man, the Jets are simply entertainment for me. I love them--all of them. Feel free to continue to shit on a current Jet, if that's your style. _
If you present life time stats outside of the normal context of career stats then sorry dude but you've misrepresented. Again, the ONLY thing you need to do is admit you errored in not disclaiming that it included post season stats...that's it.... But your frail ego can't even admit that, you continue to assault. As for the imagined apology you accept, it's just as false as your imaginary argument.
BTW I hope your more contextual in your numbers on your tax return. Having been a former accountant for the IRS I used to love getting people like you who fudged numbers....
I still haven't seen a throw as sweet from Sanchez. With or without the perfunctory ball slap/pump fake.
You brought up stats, not me. I brought up plays--ALL of them. Let it go, it wasn't THAT big of a mistake that you made--don't let THIS obsession overtake you like your Sanchez obsession. Only 8-10 really good throws out of 1100 completions. LOL, yeah, no hyperbole there. _
There has not been a prettier pass than Sanchez to Braylon vs. Houston 2010 by a Jets QB in the last decade at least.
ROFL, still stuck on the 8-10...despite it long ago having been admitted as too low... Tell me, why do you hang on to that long abandoned reference? Because it's the only thing you have. You know you were caught trying to present numbers in a way that was meant to deceive in to being career stats and in any official way it wasn't. Again, all you have to do is admit that you failed to add the disclaimer that you weren't presenting career stats in the way established by 99.999...999% of the rest of the world and your golden. But you can't do it...no balls no glory man.
Smith completed 4 passes over 40 yards vs Buffalo That is twice as many as Sanchez completed in the entire 2011 season
So it took you less than 4 hours to admit your mistake and it's STILL hyperbole. Only 15-20 really good throws out of 1100 completions. LOL. _
he had 8 as a rookie in 2009 and 10 in 2010 w/ an OC that didn't take many chances downfield unlike the new OC which wants to throw downfield early and often.
