I think we win this game. The run game was good against NE, they need to continue that formula. Rely on the run and pass when you have to. Limit Geno's throws and let the defense and run game win it for us. No reason for Geno to throw as much as he did.

The extra 3 days to rest and prepare should help.

I hope so. I hope it gives Wilkerson and Richardson the chance to heal up. And I hope Coples will be back as well.

Rookie QBs typically do not play well against Rex Ryan defenses. I remember last year Tannehill, Luck and Wilson all did not play very well against the Jets. Seems to be a theme. Hope it continues.

Its different with Manuel though. He's been practicing against Rex's defense all offseason. Same with Geno practicing against Buffalo's defense. Should be interesting.

Game 1 against the Bills you have a week and a half to prepare, and Game 2 you have 2 weeks to prepare (coming off the bye).

This is not Geno vs EJ. This is Geno vs the Bills defense and EJ vs the Jets defense.

EJ is an amazing athlete though. He was the only QB that did great in the Senior bowl. I think the bill gave EJ some good tools to develop on.

Rex Ryan has owned the Bills other than our last meeting and a game Sanchez threw like 5 INTs. I have a lot of respect for Rex Ryan, I think he is the best defensive coach by far in the NFL.

What a drag, Jets losing a winnable game, then having to wait 10 days only to see them playing ..........Buffalo......

haha, I know. It sucks that we don't have at least someone as good as Stevie Johnson. Although Stevie drops the ball every so often, he is reminds me a lot of Pierre Garcon. I think the Jets should draft a high caliber WR next year to help Geno. As much as I love defense, I would like the offense to finally have a 1st round pick.

Try having NE beat and losing on a late FG. I hate them.

I have little faith in either offense going against RR and Pettine. Should be another 13-10 shitshow, hope we can pull it off.

If Brick and Colon are suspended no way we win this game.

Pierre Garcon and Stevie Johnson couldnt be more opposite in their styles.

Garcon is a burner, Johnson is a slow possession receiver.

Yeah Rex has a knack of confusing young QBs. I do seem to recall Wilson starting to pick us apart in the 2nd half though, he was by far the most impressive of the 3 against Ryan's D.

This is a must win game, period. If we are to have a half decent season and be in the hunt in december, this is a game we have to win. After that we have 2 road games that wont be easy by any stretch.

Im not ready to discuss the X & Os yet because the Bills still have a game to play and we will see who makes it out of the game healthy.

The Bills lost to the Patriots by 2. The Jets lost to the Patriots by 3. However, you have to factor in a +3 and a -3 for home and road games, so the Bills lost by 5 and the Jets tied the Patriots. Worst logic ever? I think so.

I think the Bills had a +4 turnover margin over the Pats, where as the Jets had a -4 turnover margin. Tough to win a match without the advantage in the turnover margin, not sure what exactly the Pats had to do to beat the Bills with that kind of differential.
