My brains hurts just thinking about it. But I'm going to go with Gates. I mean, he's just mind-bogglingly bad.
This guy is, and has been awful. Mark made him look better than he is last season. This guy is absolutely brutal. I'd take Braylon back, I'd take Laverneus Coles back, I'd take the star wide out from my high school over this piece of shit.
Michael Irvin on post game "I would cut Clyde Gates right now in the locker room. Edward Scissor Hands could catch better than that" Lol
Guy on Nfl network just said Jets need to cut Clyde Gates right this second lol I couldn't stop laughing , he's a hall of famer I forget his name,Irvin as above post states
Michael Irvin LOL did anyone just catch him on NFL network going off on Clyde Gates? Said we need to cut that bum immediately. Preaching the truth. Good lord, give me a a one legged Braylon over this clown.
And Dobson was our best player, both offenses had rough night, but one was turnover-less, the other had 4.
Not disagreeing with you, I think Gates should be cut or at least dropped down below Spadola (I know he had a bad drop too) on the depth chart. I'm just saying, it wasn't just the Jets receivers that played this bad.
More proof that training camp MVPs are a joke. The guy was cut by the Miami Dolphins. That should have told the Jets everything they needed to know.
If you wanna cut Gates, then surely you want to cut Hill, right? I bet you don't. But tonight they were one in the same. Both had shit games. I was right there with you and everyone else yelling for their heads in the game thread. Real easy drops by the both of them, especially when we needed them caught in those crucial spots. Gates and Hill both need work if they are gonna remain in the lineup. Holmes needs to step it up; if he's playing, we assume he is healthy enough to play. Kerley coming back hopefully Week 3 will help Geno a lot.
Jets win if he even catches one of those drops for TDs. Worthless fuck. I really hope Holmes gets into better condition ASAP.
its time to give a guy who actually caught a boatload of balls in college- might not have the athleticism of some of the other guys but I think knows how to play the position. Ryan Spadola
