I like Tim Ryan (fox) alot too in the way he explains different concepts, techniques and schemes. Sad to see him leave "Movin The Chains" with Pat on Sirius
I like his analysis and it's moot because he sounds like a hymen and an ant water were gene spliced. He talks with that extremely nasal voice and it is unlistenable.
CBS has better picture quality than FOX. Always hate when our games end up there. 1080i works better than 720p when it comes to broadcasting sports.
I run 1080p and CBS looks far inferior to Fox. I'm forced to realize this most weeks because my wife is a Cowboys fan and I end up watching most of their games as well as ours.
maybe its due to your tv upscaling the 1080i picture to 1080p. Its been proven time and time again that 1080i is better with sports. But what matters is what you see and I cant argue with that.
I am actually happy we dont see CBS until week 3. FOX and NFLN will go light on us, CBS will be great for the Bills game.
Just thankful as shit I get to see the game on T.V. down here. I'll most likely turn the volume off if the announcers start getting dramatic about the Bucs....
Seems like analysts have a shelf life before they become cliche machines. Simms was excellent for 3 or 4 years, now he's just another guy spewing hyperbole on any player who makes a good play.... Aikman still does okay, but he's trending in the wrong direction... especially when paired with Buck who I truly dislike! Gruden was really good his first season... now he kisses ass like a politician... he definitely wants to coach again!
sometimes CBS and FOX dont have Spanish announcers so if you switch the audio on your T.V to spanish you'll sometimes hear only the sound of the game and stadium noise.
REALLY?!?! That's awesome...... hopefully. but considering this game is in FL, I'm sure there will be a Spanish broadcast
If you have 5.1 (or higher) surround sound, you can remove commentators by turning the center channel volume to zero. You will get stadium/crowd noise thru other speakers http://lifehacker.com/5993246/hacke...ence-sports-commentators-with-a-simple-switch
CBS is still the best. Is Dick Stockton still calling games? He does not know the rules and has been going senile. Leslie Vissers face is frozen and disturbing.
its interesting that most sports networks will use 720p rather than 1080i. its all semantics but the thought process is that the progressive handles movement better than the interlaced. i am pretty sure that espn does not broadcast in 1080, only 720p.
i absolutely HATE collinsworth. he is in the class of bill walton and tim mccarver. just absolutely makes my blood boil. he is regularly incorrect in his assessment and his voice just makes my blood curdle. fucking pencil necked geek.
