If you are starving for some NFL, this youtube channel has alot of the NFL PrimeTime show highlights (with Berman and Jackson) from 1987-2005. This has the Jets in it from 2002 (the Jet highlights start around 13 minutes) this is the guy's playlist http://www.youtube.com/user/andy11981 EDIT: not sure why the video won't show here ... I used the YOUTUBE tags on it ... any clues so I can fix it?
When you use the youtube tags, you only have to include everything after the "v=" in the youtube link
berman staples: jerome pff pfff pfffff pfffffff bettis mike pff pfff ppfffffppffpfpfpfffp alstott every lateral: whooooop! christian u fauria the oakland rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyddddiiiizzzz also panting after a long highlight classic shit
Dat music. I think the Jet game in this clip was the one immediately following the, "you play to win the game" rant.
Yes love this! I have the music downloaded too, you can find it on youtube and theres a link to the mp3s. Love those tunes.
Good shit; berman rocks...... Love seeing him on the early 80's clips of ESPN and stuff. He was a reg dude and ok young reporter. Who knew he would be the face of nfl-ESPN for so many years.
Great clip. What a disgrace that they can't air this anymore (at least in its old incarnation) because of stupid NBC. Now we get the witless, mumbling, Rodney Harrison and holier than thou Tony Dung. Absolutely no insight, analysis, passion. No catchy music. Just garbage all around.
