I will make this as simple as possible. Kyle wilson is considered a vet by now and still has not learned the proper technique it takes to play CB.
As soon as Eli manning saw how bad kyle was covering his man, He threw 3 straight times at him and all he could do is hold and grab while not even looking back to see the throw.
Even on one play. Nicks was being molested by kyle and still caught the pass for 20 yards.
We have other options that are better. rex needs to admit his mistake and cut him cause every other DB we have seen out there. played better. This guy darrin walls played very good and along with Cro,Dee,Trufant,Lankster and If kyle stays? That's 5 and Walls will be cut.
We can even keep an extra saftey like bush who could play CB.

I am scared that rex is gonna keep him for the season and he will hurt us.

That last game right there proved his value as a backup CB. Hopefully Dee stays healthy. But is it not every single person who watches him play scream at the damn TV for him to turn around?

He would be a undersized saftey that would take too long to learn. Why cut a of real saftey for him? A lot of DB's drafted in the first round are notg what they are expected to be or are flat out busts. Remember the guy jerry jones drafted a couple years ago from some unknown D2 school? Forget his name? He was drafted based on skill and speed rather than technique.

You cant, lol, unless you can find somebody better on the waiver wire. Who else in this secondary would you rather see get snaps? This reminds me of last year and that idiotic idea of Joe McKnight playing nickle.

He wasn't as horrible as thought he was going to be filling in for Revis last year. The problem with Wilson is the expectations placed upon him. He's sort of the Stephen Hill of the defense. A very hyped up player drafted late 1st/eary 2nd... He's not producing at that level, and unlike Hill this is the 4th year of his contract, you expect to see more than an effective nickle/back up CB from a first rounder, but thats what he is. And until somebody shows they can do better, thats what he will remain.

He will make the roster, 100%. Whether or not he deserves the money he's making, that's the bigger issue.

He is the nickel back -- he isn't equipped to play corner against a #1 or #2 -- that is what he had to do on Saturday.

Finally, many of you are coming around....

I got constant shit for being too hard on him...fuck that.
He does Nothing right..even on ST he's a joke.

If he steps up and becomes consistent then fuck yea, I'll be happy...

wake me if/when he does, until then...Waste of a Jersey and Cap $$ that could of went towards a serviceable DB. (Don't really know the cap hit)

I think this guy has screws surgically implanted into this neck that prevent him from turning it. I saw this form him as a rookie and we are still seeing the exact same thing. He freaking blows. How that f#(k can this guy be an nfl cb and not be able to look back at the ball? It is maddening to watch. If he could just look back could have chance at being decent. But a this time I agree he need a better option.

I would not be surprised if he doesn't make it through the last cuts at the end of the week. Seems to me for one Darrin Walls is playing lights out better than Wilson is.

I think only one of those calls was legitimate and either way he will not be covering Hakeem Nicks types during the season, he will be our nickel corner. I think he gets judged too harshly b/c we have seen Revis at his peak then Cro at his peak.

he is one of my least favorite players. firstly he is just not any good. he has absolutely no ball skils and commits too many penalties.

secondly he is a complete douchebag. i am sick and tired of everytime his guy doesnt catch the ball, which is usually not because of him, he has to start hooting and hollering. waving his arms and bouncing his head like an idiot.

he is probably my least favorite jet on defense and i really cant wait to see him go.

remember when rex stood up there on draft day and pronounced him our starting cb. fucking idiot.
