    No, they need to get Mark in ASAP so he can get reps with the first team offense he's going to be playing with week 1.

    Start Nacho week 1 and take our lumps. Geno needs some polish. He's not ready for this job. Give him some time to figure it out.

    He hasn't played the 2nd team and he didn't throw that many INTs at WVU, so yeah try again with real things. This is just disappointing to read, there are valid arguments and criticisms, many of them actually, and you whiff on them to post the bad ones. So much potential for a great post, but no execution

    Colin Kaepernick threw 5 INTs in the preseason last year and went to the SB the next year

    Geno just has a ton of learning to do

    I'm sure there will be no improvement as the game slows down for him.

    no such thing as improvement, nope.

    honestly, I'm still not sure who should start. Smith and Sanchez both have their lumps to take, as expected.

    Oh yeah, this isn't the nail in the coffin for Geno's career, it just means he isn't starting day 1.

    Logically the odds were against him starting day 1, odds much higher to start sometime this seaosn though. When he injured his ankle, definitely lowered the odds of starting day 1. A rookie isn't ready for game 1, not the end of the world
