Kind of proves that racism is a convenient and contrived excuse to use when it fits your side of an issue or argument.
A black teen with racist tweets kills a white man in cold blood...Media, Obama silence. Zimmerman a doofus with a hero complex kills a black teen, the media tries to paint a overtly racist tone and motive to the slaying. Obama even inserts himself into a case, because "He could have been his son" Well Chris Lane could have been related to Obama as well, he is half white, although he would rather people forget that it seems.
I thought Zimmerman was guilty of man-slaughter from the get go. He has a responsibility to be in control of his weapon and actions. I don't doubt he targeted the kid, but I don't doubt that a punk ass white kid with a hoodie or a mexican with a hoodie would have sparked his interested as well.
If some white trash redneck teens targeted and killed an innocent black jogger because they were bored. The reaction would be 100 percent different. From the shooters twitter feed: "90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM"
It would have been a huge national story. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would have been all over it. Obama would have been making speeches. Have any of these people made a public statement on this?

Do you think the main culprit is our Government for instituting certain state laws (Stand Your Ground; Stop and Frisk)? Or the Media for portraying this whole thing in a negative manner racial wise? I believe it's both - it's just a shame, you think this country has made progress on race, but we have taken so many steps backwards as of late. More-so then before.
The real tragedy in this will be if these punk pieces of shit are not tried as adults. They need to be off the streets for a long long time. And crickets from the usual suspects aka Jackson/Sharpton/MSNBC I believe it was after Martin got off that one of the commentators on MSNBC stated "More White Kids Must Die Before We Understand Racism" Well he got his wish and crickets..... Apparently Obama isn't even aware of this situation.... unreal.
And how many young males are shot and killed in the US every day? The only reason you heard about this one is because he was a white college kid. There's nothing so pathetic as white Western males complaining about how they're so downtrodden and discriminated against.
A white college kid from Australia who was a baseball player at his college. It's more the fact that the media/politicians/race dividers in this country were already convicting George Zimmerman who broke no laws before he went to trial and were ripping the same justice system that found him not guilty. This kid is singled out by 2 black kids and a white kid one of whom tweets that he hates white people, follow him, shoot him in the back, celebrate that they killed this man, and brag that did it because they were bored. Yes, let's play the white guilt card.
And no-one's for a moment suggesting that they aren't guilty, they aren't nasty little pricks (who are being tried as adults, by the way), or that they don't deserve what's coming to them. What I don't understand is why people are bitching about why people who stand up for a particular section of community that has a long history of being discriminated against, and which still suffers from discrimination in more modern but equally unpleasant ways, aren't talking about it. What do you want Sharpton, Jackson et al to say? What possible value could they add? What dialogue do you expect or want? Due process will do its thing, this isn't a contentious case.
