it doesn't prove anything, every situation is different. Remember we were on the plus side at NE and the minus side at Pitt- that is VERY different but I don't have to explain that to someone as smart as you. Keep trying to prove it, I am sure there will be other examples, let me know when you find one that means something or that helps your weak arguments.

The Pitt game again? 2nd half: The offense had 4 drives in the second half, scored 2 TDs, took up time and failed to score at the 2 yard line. The defense stopped every drive but one, including bailing out the offense by getting a safety and getting the Jets the ball right away. Also picking off Big Ben another this time. They couldn't get the most important stop down 5 though as the Steelers decided to throw to ice the game. 1st half: Offense was miserable scoring on one drive to end the half for 3 points. Gave up 7 points (on a play I still say was incomplete) and couldn't the move at all. Defense was miserable. They did get a stop by stopping the Steelers on 4th down by intercepting Big Ben. The Jets converted 3 turnovers for 9 points only (2 for the safety and 7 after that) On the other hand the Steelers converted one turnover for 7 points. The team play badly in the first half, meaning they had to play perfect in the 2nd half. The offense wasted a trip at the GL and an INT, the defense couldn't stop PITT with the 2 minutes warning behind them. They didn't play perfect, they lost. Inconsistency, what killed us game to game, quarter to quarter in 2010-2011, was our downfall.
The D allowed Pitt to control the clock for 21 of 30 mins in the first half. They allowed Pitt to score on 3 of their first 4 drives w/ the lone stop being lucky that Pitt tried to throw on 4th and 1 rather than run like they had been w/ ease. The D set the tone, both units stunk in the first half. In the 2nd half the game was w/in a TD w/ 3 mins and 3 TOs- an eternity. Our D allowed Pitt to run out the clock. The D was the main culprit in the game. based on all we have seen from the D through the years and the fact that once we did get w/in a score they couldn't get a stop I think it is safe to assume that.
I'll never speak for junc, but when the guy wages a forum battle, that's as close as I've seen him getting to conceding a point.

But are you willing to admit you are wrong about this once I do that? Answer that. No, because he has a good time here and knows how to bust balls without being my style of dickhead. Most people don't get him and that's why he loves it. And it will continue that way and I'll enjoy watching it. He's a good guy, no matter what anyone wants to believe.
