    And still outperformed Geno.

Yes, I said in evry breakdown of the play, he needs to read the DE, and clearly did not.

O have on freeze righ now, and that ahole above is FOS? Brick, is facing the EZ, insode the hash.

Ziggy os outsode the hash, facing the endzone, wirh rhe ball o. Its way to his hands.

Nacho cannot make a short pass period. It is habitual. Past 10 yards he has a chance but anything around the line of scrimmage is garbage out of his hands.

He has less touch and accuracy on those tosses than Bubby Brister's shovel pass.

I have more accuracy tossing my keys to the wife after too many beverages.:drunk:

    I agree. 100%.

but in this case its a timing play to the FB, and Sanchez blew the read on the defender. No question.

All I am pointing out is two other things happened on that play.

    Ferguson blew the block,

And the non call on The FB getting tackled.

Doesnt excuse the blown read, but...as I said, you act like these things happen in a vaccum..

Because the play design, was a screen to the FB in the flat. The LT is supposed to keep the DE engaged, so the FB comes open.

When Ziggy beats Ferguson, sanchez should have thrown it at Bricks feet, and the official would have called the holding on tbo pr he could have thrown it oob, if he didnt blow the read.

The bar is set so low for Sanchez that people think he had a good game.

For sure only 1 pick six + TD is better than a 5 int game.

Biggest knock on Sanchez is in year 5 he's still making rookie mistakes.

Bothers me that he dismisses it so casually. Over-throwing a guy on one pass who was wide open, fine, not a huge deal. Throwing a ghastly pick six, it's never "just one crappy play." Not when you lead the league in turnovers at your position.

I don't try to hate on the guy-I bought his jersey year 1- but he is way too casual about his shortcomings/mistakes. Waaaaaaaay too casual.

Pick 6 to a raw rookie DE

End of the day...he outplayed his competition, who....got shitty plYcalling (i think by design) and Injured, so the circus is probably over.

If Genos ankle keeps him from starting next week....we can stop debating, and start supporting.

Cimini os an asshole. Thats not what he said. he pointed out that TBO gottackled on the play, when he was the intended receiver. (should jave been called back for def. holding)

He didnt single out the missed block.

He should have owned up to not reading the DE. The call would have saved him, but not spiking the ball on the the tackeld FB, is inexcusable, thats what you expect from a veteran,

You can disagree. But I have it in front of me.

You would expect a Vet, in that situation, to spike the ball where the FB is down, and get the call, he blew the play. But that is how it happened.

You know and I know that will NEVER happen.

    Go read the boxscore.
dont recall Geno putting one in the EZ. And he got in After the OL gelled.

Prior to Sanchez marching down the field. Pretty authoritatively...the jets marshalled what.., 4 yards on the ground?

Sanchez TD drive was clealry the best Jets drive of the game...

    But hey...
