Which part, Ferguson blowing the block, or the non call on TBo getting tackled by the dlineman.?

Or Ziggy making a great play.

    Its a TIMING PMAY.

Granted, Sanchez SHOULD HAVE looked for a jersey, and just threw it away. No doubt.

    But...

Ferguson blew the play, the officials blew the holding call which should have negated theplay, and

    Sanchez gave up six.....

But fcol, stop acting like things happen in a vaccum.

Regardless of whose fault it was, this is only the beginning of a long New York Jet season folks.

Yeah, lets look at guys that started last year.

Henne, gabbert, fitzpatrick, quinn,Skelton, jackson, tannehill, McCoy, schaub, romo (the choke artist got 100 mil)

Not a single guy on that list, will play better than Sanchez, if they play at all, this season.

if thats your honest take on the play you are an idiot and are headed straight to my ignore list. please tell me you are kidding and that when sanchez turned and saw his guy facing the wrong direction and 2 defenders right there that he tried really hard to throw the ball into the ground but tebow made it go in the air.

1st live bullets in a new system. And...Ziggy, is a beast.

Sanchez should have known better, but....

Ziggy is 6'5, with 38 inch arms. In order to complete that screen, the LT has tomake the block.

You cant throw a 15 jump shot arc in the NFL.

That play is. on the LT. Its a timing throw. Sanchez SHOULD HAVE seen the missed block, and thrown it away.

But suppose he does. And dumps the ball at Bricks feet.

Where was the flag on TBo getting tackled?

Hobbes, for the 3,000th time stop making excuses.

There is no holding call on the defense on a running back in the Backfield, NONE, you can get pass interference if you throw to a RB in the backfield and they get hit while the ball is in the air, EXCEPT if the RB was already engaged with a defensive player in which case no foul. You will never see a defensive holding call in the backfield because it's not a foul.

Except for people who need to make excuses for bad QB play.

I think in this offense Sanchez will be much better than last year, but even with that said, I don't know that it matters. He's in his 5th year. That first pick six is not a play a 5th year player should be making. Eli does it too from time to time, but you CANNOT be a pro QB that makes plays THAT bad with any regularity. One a season, ok, it was an accident. Sanchez is making 1 or more of those a game, 5 years into his career.

People like to laugh at buttfumble, but that was an accident on a broken play. Throwing a 3 yard pass to a guy right in front of you.....cannot happen. Credit to Rex for not losing his cool, I'd have benched him right there after that shit; he bounced back well (enough), but he has to start being held accountable for shit like that.

Thomas Jones was right in year 1: you turn the ball over, you sit. End of story.

he will have the opportunity to throw the ball alot more, he will have the opportunity to have a higher completion percentage.

however once everyone realizes that we have no running game and he is facing a defend the pass defense consistently i think he will show his true colors as a poor qb.

    Because youre an idiot.

Sanchez has a free rusher up the middle.

The play design is ro the FB.

Sanchez is looking for TBo to come open in the left flat

Ferguson os supposed to control the RDE, to keep the lane open.

As Sanchez is retreating from the blitzer he puts the ball, where the FB is supposed to be,

Except the FB gets TACKLED by 90. Which is irrelevant, because the ball doesnt make it past the DE. But it should have benn called negatating the i nt.

Its Sanchez fault, because he should have read the DE, before releasing tue ball.

    But thats how the p,ayhappened.

    Freeze it at 11:16.

This dude hobbes must just say all this to get to people

I just watched the replay and in no way did Ferguson blow the block he was infront of Ziggy the whole time Sanchez just made a terrible play nothing else to say about that play

he didnt even make a nice play on the ball it was throw right to him

and any qb will be pressured on a screen pass since the offensive lineman that are pulling out are sopose to let there guys go to open up the screen

    Freeze it at 11:16.

Those arent excuses. He meeded to read the DE there. He didnt.

But my breakdown of the play is accurate.

the quarterback is responsible for NOT THROWING THE BALL INTO THE DEFENSIVE LINEMANS HANDS.

    in case you didnt realize.

BUT THATS WHAT HE DID... AGAIN

    Bullshit. Freeze it at 11:16.

If Brick, as you say, is i. Front of Ziggy..how does he catch the ball with a clear path to the EZ?

And how, can I see TBo, on the geound?

Really amazed there isn't a Sanchez Lottery game marketing campaign, with all of the pick 6s this guy has given up. At this point instead of saying "quick-pick" you should be able to walk into a 7-11 and say "$20 on Powerball, gimme a Sanchez." and the clerk just knows.

that exact play happens 100 times a year, 97 of those times the quarterback throws the ball into the ground and moves on to the next play. 3 times mark sanchez throws the ball into the defenders hands.

blocks get missed, calls get missed, you cant throw the fucking ball to the defensive lineman and have him run it into the endzone.
