It really doesn't matter who starts the Detroit game. They should both get to see at least a series with our #1's against the #1 Lions D. In the words of the overly enthusiastic Bart Scott.. CANT WAIT
Hey, I too am interested in the green tractor on Craigslist, also it is nice to see all 3 QB's had a good day.
NFL Douchebag @nfldouchebag 46m Mark Sanchez is a perfect 11 for 11 throwing at practice and #Jets fans be like: pic.twitter.com/WYRVJnvWj3 uh oh..........
Two good days compared to 7 or 8 bad days... Watch out Sanchez is the next Marino (at least in Rex's mind)
I am beginning to worry but it's only a matter of time before Sanchez fucks it up. I expect him to throw an INT to a d-lineman on Friday.
mind you he hasn't been bad the last week, just a step behind geno if that. this is great news though, he seems to stepping up in the face of adversity.
I don't think that's entirely accurate. He's outperformed Geno in comp% almost every day. Sanchez has had more turnovers, however. He didn't really have 7 bad days. He had some decent days and some tough ones, but Geno had held his own. It's not like he's played great, but he's hanging with Mark, up until today I guess.
I am worrying too, but he will definitely remind us why we want him out of town soon. I just hope he doesn't start because if he does.... he will never leave the field until its too late(Rex), guy is like a roach and wont go away.
i like nothing more than hearing of good Jets QB play, and the strong health of the cyber tractor market
Up until yesterday Geno had an overall better completion % Unofficial QB stats thru 7 pract + 1 scrimmage: Sanchez 46-for-82 (56%), 3 TD, 4 INT, 8 sacks. Smith 39-for-68 (57%), 3 TD, 0 INT, 12 sacks. Not that the numbers mean much It's truly all about decision making and command
These are the kind of comments that make me shake my head. Not true at all. Unless you consider Geno doing well a bad day for Sanchez.
I don't care if Sanchez had a good day at training camp. He's always been a TC all star. Then when the games start he sucks.
its possible Sanchez will see only 1 series, and then be done for the night (unless the series is 3 and out). would make sense to get Geno in a series with the 1's, and then some more series with the 2's. Being a rookie, he'll need more work in his first NFL game scenario.
Meaningless that Sanchez is out there first. Geno will play with the 1's as well to see how they both perform. I still think Snatcho should get the start. Let Geno sit this season so he can take over next year.
