I figured you'd respond like that...

Anyway, it's not about taking a sports argument too far, the debate could be about something way more important or way less important, either way - you wouldn't get away with being a pompous ass to someone's face in real life.

In the very next post, you took logic and juncified all over it again.

    It's almost impressive.
    Hilarious, but somehow impressive.

We're all very fortunate to have you as our self-proclaimed teacher.
Thank you. For making us enlightened.

considering he threw his first INT in camp and has only 1 so far I would say you are wrong as usual.

You can say what you want, the proof is in the posts. YOU guys attack ME, I simply crush your weak arguments then you get mad.

The fact that you think those 2 statements are related tells us all we need to know about you.

junc the only thing you can get credit for is taking way too much time to prove your point and never giving up.

other than that your knowledge of the game is limited, your attitude is that of a douche and you argue around points. you worry about things that dont matter instead of talking about things that DO matter.

i have said it a million times, mark sanchez is scared in the pocket, he rushes throws and almost never puts the ball where it needs to be. he throws behind backs out of the backfield, he throws at peoples feet on out routes, he throws nothing better than jump balls on deep routes. he does these things consistently.

these are the things you judge a quarterback on, not team accomplishments or cherry picking statistics vs other qbs.

but you cant judge him on his own performance or this thread would have been over in about 12 pages. instead you focus on shit that really has no bearing on whether or not mark sanchez is any good.

you can argue all day that the running game was not very good in 2010 even though they were the 3rd ranked run game or whatever the stat is. the problem is it doesnt fucking matter when we are discussing that the idiot behind center cannot consistently throw any pattern other than a slant route.

so kindly go take your bullshit and take a long walk off a short pier.

It's so cute that our lowest level posters are banding together to try to take me down.

Instead of attacking me if you'd absorb some of the info you wouldn't look quite as foolish the next time you tried to argue w/ someone.

your info is not important. its brought up merely to prolong arguments and get a rise out of people. you have not dealt with the real issues regarding sanchez at all in this thread. instead you have posted hundreds and hundreds of posts of inflammatory bullshit that is not really what the thread is about.

that my friend is why you get snarky comments from people. not that you out debated them, we already know you are the master debator. so enjoy your crown.

638 pages... Wow. How about we lock this thread? We should have a vote... Its just back and forth nonsense at this point.. Sanchez sucks and will never be the franchise QB of the New York Jets. He had his chance and blew it.. Why the fuck are we still discussing this?

All in favor of having this thread locked say I...

How about you ignore it if you don't like it? This is not up for a vote.

If you would actually read you would understand exactly how I feel and what my points are but instead of reading and absorbing you attack. That's not my issue, that is on you.

Snarky comments don't bother me, I am an adult having fun discussing sports. I don't allow angry folks to bring me down. You guys act like I call Sanchez "great" and that he has been nothing but great since he came here. I have never said that, I have bashed him when he deserves and backed him when he deserves it. unlike you I can see past 2012, I don't solely blame him for the mess, I realize all that went into that year. Do I absolve him from blame? NOPE but you guys act like I do, I simply state the facts and how I don't want to give up on a young QB that has already proven he can play in big games but knowledgeable folks like yourself want fantasy #s not wins.

I feel bad that you cannot have fun discussing the nonsense of sports.

i felt the same jay, but i agree that it should stay open. it helps to keep things in one shitty place instead of having this stuff all over the board invading other threads. its a necessary evil at this point. hopefully it will die down a little bit in about a month.

its already died down quite a bit in the past few weeks.

    Geno's the Jet

    Nacho's the chemtrail

Going up Thursday through the weekend. Looking forward to the Green & White scrimmage on Saturday evening.

Will kick Cimini in the creminis if I get the chance.

have fun junc, you just admitted to trolling. i hope you are enjoying yourself.

i can see far past 2012, if you could read and stop spewing bullshit you would understand that i have been talking about sanchez problems when the rest of you were being duped by a 9-7 run to the afc divisional playoff round championship. i gave him his credit when he played well at the end of games in 2012 but still saw his problems continuing and realized that we were in bad positions in part because of him. and the past 2 years speak for themselves.

Reading isn't one of your strengths, huh?

yep, we were duped by the most playoff wins in team history. Damn them for duping us! if only we had better fantasy #s and less playoff wins we'd all be happy!:rofl2:

The Jets went to the AFC Championship games despite Sanchez. If we would have had a top 15 QB in the NFL we would have gotten at least one SB one of those year. It was there for the taking. Sanchez was protected by the best Defense, Special teams, offensive line and running game in the NFL. Once he had to earn his salary and make the others better around him the truth came out and here we are. Good Kid, Bad Quarterback. Another 90 degree and sunny USC BUM! Let the Geno Smith Era begin.
