I thought I would start one of these for a change...I'm anxious to see Dee pass his conditioning test (no McKnighting here...oooo a new verb!), get his butt on the field and start getting ready for pre-season game 1!
Dee passing his physical, players staying healthy, and Geno dominating practice is all I want. If he continues this level of consistency AND outplays Sanchez in Detroit they should end this competition. Do it Geno!
For a rare moment, and bc of the new verb, I'm just going to throw Mcknight a little love today. I was watching some highlights of the 9/11 anniversary game against Dallas last night. McKnigt, made the Special Teams play that gave us our tying score. For stadium experiences that game ranks in the top 3 for me.
Is there a practice today? I took a look at the schedule that RoyalTee posted and don't see today on it.
I'm interested to see how Mark responds with his two days. More interested in how some of the lower draft picks, UDFAs, and other pickups look like a lot of people here seem to be. Anyone know anyone worth checking on twitter or elsewhere to get a bit more of an indepth look? So far I've been relying on these training camp threads.
As far as I know there isn't a practice per se but it's still Training Camp day 5 and there will be news...SPECIFICALLY to see if Dee is McKnighting or passing his conditioning test. ;-)
Hey, as well, anyone have any news on Zach Rogers? Going into camp I thought, for sure, he would make a "statement" to make the active roster, let alone the PS. Anyone on here that has been to Cortland and can give first hand account? Our beat writers suck...really they do. I get far better information from the good ole' Gang Green than any beat writer.
i haven't seen anything on demario davis yet. he is one of the players i was hoping would get some press, very interested to know how he is doing. has anyone heard anything?
I read that the beat writers stand together in a little herd jabbering to each other. Occasionally one will look up, catch a play, and tweet it. The rest of the writers take that tweet, re-word it, and tweet it out themselves. Lazy journalism at its finest.
