The overall D was always top 5 last year dropped to 8th(not a large fall)

We could scheme around his cover ability

Something Rex will have to adjust to

I wonder when ajetsfan4ever is going to change the title of the thread to "Milliner signed"?

    Or can he?

I wish we somehow could have kept Revis around a year to mentor this guy, but we know it's unrealistic. I'd love to see him and Cro take over with Wilson in the slot and at safety.

Milliner and Cromartie on the outside

    Wilson in the slot

    Allen and Landry at safety

    Wilkerson-Ellis/Harrison-Richardson up front

    Harris and Davis inside

Coples, Barnes, Sapp and Pace off the edge

Never I hope - big name FAs are what got us into this crap in the first place - unless another freakish Manning-esque situation arises there is no-one I would want to spend a ton of money on.

Yes, but most will probably be resigned. One guy I'd like is Graham. Doubt he isn't a Saint, though.

In any event, I'd rather use that money on depth and a decent starter or two.

Now to see if he is healthy enough to play.

Yes just like pretty much every top 20 pick of the last two drafts.

Very excited to see this defense on the field. I wonder if Rex plans on putting Milliner on TEs like Nick Saban did.

Depending on what we see from our TEs this year, I'd have no problem shelling out Holmes money for Graham.

It's going to cost much more than 45.25 million to sign Graham ... I'd rather not spend a crap-ton of cash on a TE. Continue to build through the draft.

Jimmy Graham is a great talent, but he also is on an offense that is very talented.

I didn't know Saban did that but it would make sense, with him being a tall and physical corner.

  18. OR Lankster in the slot w/ Wilson at one of the safety spots. This is what I'm rooting for. This gets more talent/speed onto field
