Patriots CB Alfonzo Dennard was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Lincoln (NE) early Thursday morning. Dennard was pulled over around 2AM Thursday morning after he was spotted straddling a lane line. In addition to suspicion of DUI, the 24-year-old was cited for refusing a chemical test and a driving infraction. Dennard was sentenced to 30 days in jail and probation in April stemming from a 2012 bar fight in which he punched an investigating officer in the face. Commissioner Roger Goodell already planned to review that case, so this new arrest doesn't bode well for the second-year corner. Dennard is likely facing a lengthy league-imposed suspension, and the Patriots figure to strongly considering cutting ties as another black mark is added to the organization's troubling offseason. Source: Omaha World-Herald Another projected 1st rounder who dropped in the draft to the 7th round for reasons. Problems or not, I thought & still think the PATS got a steal with a 7th round pick. When this kid played, he was pretty impressive. Future is a little murky, though.
Bwahahahaha. The circus act continues. This is the best off season ever! It must suck to know that BB has lost control of the locker room!
When the Patriots come to town, the Jets should roll out one of those old horse drawn calliopes and play circus music. OOM-PA-PA OOM-PA-PA OOM-PA-PA :breakdance:
