Did my first skydive back in December and am officially hooked. I am going to start my Accelerated Free Fall course soon so I can get my "A" license and jump solo. My local dropzone is Skydive City in Z-Hills Florida. Does anyone else on the board skydive? Any friendly advice you can offer me? I know this hobby gets super expensive, but there is this feeling of being at peace when you are falling through the air that I want to experience again and again. Let this thread be about all skydiving discussion... Post pictures, videos, whatever as long as it's related to skydiving. GO!!!

I won't even get on a ladder to go in the roof. When I visit the empire state building, I stay inside when I go to the top.. I am terrified of heights.. It's different when you are up there though. You have nothing to judge how high up you are. Once you jump out of the plane, the fear instantly goes away and it is just fun at that point. You can see the Earth curvature.. Its insane.
I did it about 8 years ago.. it was freaking awesome.. last one on the plane.. first one to jump out.. when you land its a feeling that you just cant explain
