in the second quarter, Reggie Miller was going after Vogel for resting George and Hibbert in the second they both wind up with 5 fouls going into the 4th anyway
The Spurs banwagon is about to get REALLY big. I even see Lakers fans backing the Spurs in the finals. znever thought id see that.
Just how it was always meant to be, Spurs vs Heat in the finals. I knew the $250,000 fine was a foreshadowing of things to come.
please tell me how no one calls out Spoelstra for this? Wade is playing. 4:30 remaining, 26 point lead Yes, I mean the Wade with the bad knees.
I was about to blow a gasket... He should have come out with Lebron... Finally Wade decides to make an apperance...21 points 9 boards with 6 offensive rebounds (Pacers have 7 LOL)...
every single blowout, Spoelstra plays Wade and LeBron too many minutes It's like he wants someone to get injured (possibly when they go for a dunk to run up the score and David West or Lance Stephenson decides to send them into the third row) LeBron played 40 minutes Wade played 35 This game was over in the third quarter.
Spurs are winning this entire thing. The Heat have been extremely inconsistent. Indiana is not a scoring team. They are a pure defensive team. San Antonio has veterans and they can score the shit out of the ball. Duncan will retire with one more ring.
This series really hurt the Heat. Why? 1. Spurs are coming off a LONG rest which, in their case, is great for them. 3 of their main scorer's are 32+ years old. This rest was much needed for San Antonio. 2. Heat are coming off a BRUTAL and ROUGH 7 game series to play again in 3 days. Wade's knee can't be feeling too great and their lineup is indeed tired. 3. Not only do the Spurs get a gigantic rest, but they have PLENTY of film on the Heat. This series really showed how to beat Miami. You ask why Indiana didn't capitalize on that? Simply because they are a young and pure defensive team. They did not have the offensive weapons to capitalize on Miami's mistakes. The Spurs do. They have a great offensive team and a very SOLID defensive squad. In game 7 of this past series, Miami was shooting 30% and the quarter ended with Indiana up by only 2. That will never happen with San Antonio. If Miami shoots that low, you better believe Parker and Duncan will exploit that. This Spurs Heat series will be great, but the Spurs should come out on top. They are HOT right now and Miami is definitely losing their steam. I'm calling Spurs in 6. Lebron will have to think about what his future holds in Miami.
East will be very competitive next season. The Bulls will be back if Rose is healthy, the Pacers will add players, then we got the Knicks and Nets. Rondo will be back for the Celtics. Their is a possibility also that Howard and CP3 go to Atlanta. Cavaliers will be a playoff team. Definately going to be crazy in the East.
