Bradshaw is a better back in all phases than Goodson imo. Bradshaw is only 26 and very proven. Durability is his only concern

If we cut Goodson, Id take Bradshaw in a second. Last thing we need is Ivory to get injured and we are stuck with Powell and Mcknight. It seemed like having extra backs in competition made them more determined (at least hearing from McKnight). Cant hurt if he comes cheap, which I imagine he would considering he's still on the market.

Bradshaw is also a high character guy. He really stuck out with his passion and drive.

An you somehow believe that this type of statement

this is what happens when you keep pushing illiterate ghetto trash through school because they have the ability to play with a ball and sell a product.

In this day and age does not warrant people thinking that you have a serious problem with people of color. I can assure you, making this kind of statement about living conditions you have no clue about, will lead people to believe nothing else. Just curious if you would be willing to make this type of judgment among a group of so called " ghetto trash " face to face.
You sir are why many people of color in this nation, while understanding we have come a long way from Jim Crow, still have a long way to go.
An on that note, I will allow you the last word to try and justify words that cannot be defended and in your case and i am sure others here, feel there is nothing wrong with them.

Alright...thats enough of this shit. Im not a mod, but the discussion is becoming unbalanced.

Is Goodsen an asshole..,? Of course he is.

But Bernie Madoff, and JonCorzine two educated white guys stole money from people that tusted them,

And from the police reporting, it appears Goodson broke no real moral covenant except getting in a car with an asshole.

420 has no business being criminalized, nor do guns and ammo.

And according to the reports Goodson wasnt behind the wheel. Hesguilty of bad judgement. No more.

Whether or not marijuana and guns/ammo have any business being criminalized is irrelevant and a discussion for the BS forum. The fact of the matter is that possessing a loaded pistol in the state of NJ is a felony offense and carries a minimum sentence of 3 years in prison. That is before even discussing the hollow point rounds and the weed.

My guess is this jerkoff has played his last down of NFL football. It's a shame, really. These idiots have the world by the balls and we hear of them pissing away opportunity far too often. The NFLPA should mandate some kind of a class for these kids to take before signing these multi-million dollar deals.

Gotta wonder what else he's up to that he's carrying heat with hollow points around. Let's cut our losses. Send a message.

Thats hardly the point I was making.

You are correct, from a technical standpoint,
    But..

The pistol, may or may not belong to goodson, im guessing..not.

The hollow points? Ridiculous...they are legal. Its the transportation thats an issue.

Any decent CDA will bargain that away.
Unless the piece was tucked in a waistband, Goodson walks.
And the NFL goes a long way toward educating these morons.

Especially on Gun laws, because they have so many transplants to Nazi states like NJ.

I get your ire, as being part of the LEO community, my point wasnt so much on the technical legality, my ire gets raised when panties get twisted, over shit that has no business being legislated, which is where we differ.

Face to Face? Are you insinuating sir, that people of color, are immune to reason, and predisposed to violence....or did I misread your statement?

Strip all the arbitrary bs aside, and prosecute real crime.

Its a shame, we have devolved from blowing heads off over a tax on our breakfast beverage, and it wasnt even coffee.

Can you imagine Adams, and Washington strung out on Starbucks?

Yeah 3 hots and a cot for weed, on the taxpayer dime...really makes sense.
    Just effing bite me.

    You agree Tee?

Yo' bruh', I feel what you're sayin' but for me it ain't 'bout black/white, ignorance, racism or folks stupidity...it's 'bout JET GREEN rite now fielding a team that's halfway competitive! I've endured the pain & suffering heaped on peeps of differing race, creeds, color etc back in the day (sh#t, I'm goin thru that B.S. rite now @ work). Music & sports are my "drugs" of choice to escape the daily grind of life. With that said, I don't give 2 sh#ts what OTHERS may think who categorically assume as the norm - that said person differing from the majority- is associated/accused & pre-JUDGED GUILTY of some transgression he/she has not been convicted of.
All of man-kind is cursed with major faults. Education & knowledge of self & the understanding of others helps erase some or most of those faults. We MUST ALL learn to treat each and every-1 as an individual rather than some representation as the WHOLE.
N-e way, if dude was part & parcel of this "incident", he should pay the price including the "dumb-@ss" label applied to individuals who've blow the golden opportunity some/most of us WISHED HAD BEEN granted to us. Otherwise, if proven innocent, may the ALMIGHTY ABOVE provide us with a rb that can give us an adequate or BETTER run game!

    Peace 2-Fingaz!

I missed the part where it's been established that it was Goodson's gun, that he had possession of it or even knew about it's existence.

Everyone in the car will be charged with possession of the gun. That doesn't mean he will have to plead to that or even that prosecutor will continue to charge him with that if they are satisfied that other guy had gun and he pleads to it

I'm not looking the story back up to see where they were arrested, but if it was in NJ then hollowpoints are illegal outside of the home or firing range, if a bullet was chambered or in a clip who ever's gun it is their ass is grass.

Regardless of whether the gun was Goodson's, he showed incredibly poor
judgement in allowing himself to be in that situation in the first place.
Woody and Idzik will have to decide, once more facts are revealed,
whether he deserves a second chance.
