God, what happened to this kid?? Watching those highlights, it just doesn't even look like the same guy as the Mark Sanchez of 2011-2012.

Was there a point to this topic? Why not just put it in the Mark Sanchez sucks thread? You know that's all this will end up turning into.

    I know what mine is.

2012 Week 2 vs. the Patriots.

I watched the game in a hotel room overlooking a glistening Pacific ocean.

After opening the season with a 10-9 loss to the Ravens, Sanchez bounced back...going 21 of 30 for 220 yrds. and 3 tds. We won 28-14 and I thought Sanchez was getting "it".

The Jets went on a 8-1 tear after that game....then that Monday Night debcle against the Patriots...we were never the same team after that IMO.

    Oh well...back to reality.

These are it, but most people have forgotten opening week against Buffalo this past year - I truly felt he had turned the corner after that game. Who knew it would be the peak of the season for him by a wide margin.

2nd half of the Steelers AFCC game because of his bounce back and proved hes really tough dispite popular belief that hes not.

    2010 Texans comeback
I only took this over the Pats playoff win because of NFL.com's blunder of posting the Jets lost before the game was over.

    2011 Playoffs vs Pats

2012 Buffalo season opener - Because I thought he finally got it in year 4

2011 vs Dallas Was another awesome heart attack Jets game.

2010 Bears - He played well enough to carry us to victory and put the team in good positions to score, and we blew it because our defense was replaced with Swiss cheese.

Plenty of great moments. Week 2 in 2009 vs. Patriots, 2010 vs. Patriots, 2011 Playoff Game beating the Patriots, the Texans Game that was posted, TD to Keller vs. Bengals/Chargers in playoffs, 80 yard TD to Braylon in the AFC Championship Game, Sanchez leading the comeback in the other Championship Game vs. Steelers, Beautiful TD to Holmes to give the Jets the lead against the Redskins in 2011, Week 1 vs. Bills last year, and much more I am sure.

That just made me think of that perfect pass to Braylon along the sidelines to put the Colts out of their misery in the Wild Card game.

This would be mine as well. By far his best playoff game! After getting our butts kicked in the last regular season, it was so great to go to their house and bully them around like we did. I really thought we were going to the Super Bowl after that win! :-(

It sucks to be rebuilding after 2 years like that. Even though it was short, it was fun while it lasted.

    1) In what way is the discrete point of this topic less obvious than the points of other topics? Where are you getting lost in figuring this out?

    2) True or false: it angers you that a smattering of positive memories about Mark Sanchez's doomed career doesn't appear in the thread that declares, in the title, TWICE, that he sucks.

    True? Ok. Carry on.

    Fool's gold.

By year three I was onto Mr. Sanchez.
    He's a sheep in wolf's clothing.

    This says it all.

Mine are the 2010-11 playoffs. The Pats game sticks out because it was his best game of that run, but the end of the Colts game was magical, and the 2nd half of the AFCCG after no one, especially the D didn't show up in the 1st half.

The 09 opener vs Houston was great, same with the home opener vs the Pats that year.

09 Playoff run was great, too. Especially the SD game heroics. He also played well enough to win the AFCCG, but the Colts outclassed us and Peyton tore apart our D.

The 2010 game vs the Pats early in the season was another great game. Also that Texans game, and all the other comebacks we had. I also agree with that Bears game.

2011 game vs the Cowboys was good.

2012 opener was special, as well as first half of the Steelers game the following week...

It all went downhill from there.

    Thanks, Jets.

A game I enjoyed watching even though we lost was the Bears game. That game Mark hit like 10 or 11 straight completions in Chicago. I was so excited that game lol

I had that listed too. Statistically he wasn't great and he went 1TD : 1 Int but his passes kept putting the Running game in great position.

    Fucking D collapsed.
