    Barkley just said OKC has the best homecourt in the NBA :lol:

    These other guys are also clueless. They never challenge these outlandish assertions.

    Most series in general do go 6. You'd expect it.

    With 5:33 left, down 8, OKC is hacking Asik to send him to the line. I feel like OKC doesn't need to do it

    mathematically, this is a bad decision unless the guy you're fouling shoots under 50%. Asik 58.8% in playoffs, 56.2% during the season



    So I would only do this late, not with 6+ to go.

    Asik splits the 1st time OKC does it.
    OKC then gets 2 points on their trip, down 7.
    Asik gets both.
    OKC gets 2, down 7 again.
    Asik missed both.
    OKC missed.
    Asik hits both, HOU up 9 with 4:33 left.
    OKC gets 3, down 6.
    Asik splits, up 7.
    OKC missed.
    Asik makes both up 9 with 3:48 left.
    OKC misses.
    Asik not fouled, HOU misses 3 early in shot clock. 3:17 left

    Yeah. And to have your starters out there instead of starter/bench player for the fouls is strange.

    If the Thunder collapse, the backlash on Durant and the Thunder will be enormous. Harden taking em down would be fairytale stuff tbh. An 8 seed down 3-0.

    Durant had 0 points in the 4th quarter

    Also gotta say, these playoffs have been great. Nonstop drama from the Warriors, Nets, Clippers, and now Knicks and thunder. Great stuff.

    on the NBA telecasts, I keep hearing about how the NBA is all about 3s today, and they cite stats about how the top teams in 3s are the top teams in the NBA or whatever. It's been a popular topic the last few months.

    The two teams with the least made threes this season? Chicago and Memphis. Tied for third? Lakers. Second? Houston.

    So maybe they can stop it already.
