I know this Knicks team is better than the Celtics. I know we can beat them in Boston, we already have.

I just have Jets/Knicks fan syndrome where I expect everything that can go wrong goes wrong and that's happening the last two games.

It's a different sport. It makes no sense to bring it up except to be annoying.

I'll just bring up Boston's last game 6 at home. Daggers from Lebron. It has as much relevance to this game 6 as baseball does.

Obviously nervous, but every game has been close. Melo has to start hitting open shots. That's what take an okay game to a bad game for him. He missed a bunny layup, two open 3s late, etc. Also more Prigs please.

JR Brick looked like a bitch after getting suspended, then talking shit....follows up with a no-show.

    Carmello disappointed also

    Felton was a little beast........

wish I felt better about this series, but these guys need to man up and not believe their own bullshiit.

    exactly

it's bizarre that Doc is doing this and even more bizarre that it worked. He doesn't have confidence in Lee, Wilcox, etc. so he plays with seven guys.
Garnett 36, Pierce 35, Terry 35, and look at the minutes they're playing

    just doesn't make sense

Yeah...he really doesnt have a choice..but the Knicks did nothing to make it more of an advantage but running the ball up the court. Im not saying fast break the ball...but getting into the offense faster which would make Doc play Bradley more..who sucks but is a quicker than the rest of that team.

I just do not understand waiting until 14 seconds to get into your offense..it lets them rest..it cuts down on open 3's off first looks. We have completely dropped the 3 point advantage. Its like this team read articles saying teams cant win with the 3.

They have to play faster. Melo has to get the ball and either do his damage quickly so he can have time to kick out and let the passing perimeter wise begin. I dont understand how its so easy to see and you see woody windmilling his arm to go..go...go after we rebound the ball...but its not happening.

This team, the Celtics, will continue to be in every game with a very slow pace. Yeah they played heavy minutes but they have time to rest on defense because they never ever go for offensive rebounds and just get back and wait...and wait...and wait.

I really do believe if they make the changes we can win up in Boston. Hopefully the Celtics at the end of the game with their trash talking will wake up them up...Chandler first.

Yes he was in foul trouble..but it was lazy fouls. Martin can not contain Garnett down low and has become a liability against him. They just place Garnett in the middle of the paint and its either a foul or a basket.

And this constant switching is ridiculous. We double team guys like Bass or Williams?

Just great, he talked too much and we fucking sucked tonight.

We deserved what we got. This was utter bullshit. I cant believe this but we are setting this up nicely for a series loss.

    Good work JR

I still don't know what to expect. We still haven't gotten a game where we go bananas from 3, like the Celtics had today. We are shooting them though. Kidd and Shump had some and they hesistated. That's their shot to hit.

FWIW, Knicks are 3-6 in games Joey Crawford has reffed this year. Probably means nothing as Crawford refs higher profile games which are usually tougher opponents, but interesting nonetheless.

This team makes me want to vomit. Of the 3 games I have attended in this series, this game was the worst to watch. I don't even know where to start. Woodson, Melo, JR, immaturity, lack of respect, leadership, etc, and etc. The list goes on.

Woodson - I have never been a huge Woodson fan. And I have said it many times in the past. If any game/series comes down to a coaching battle, Knicks will be in big trouble. He is good at preparation but not so good with in game adjustments. And in the playoffs, you need great coaching to win games (unless you are the Miami Heat).

Melo - I love melo. This knicks team isn't here without him. I don't even think this is a playoff team without him. But at some point I have to attribute some of the blame to his lack of leadership and performance. 8-24 from the field is not going to cut it. We can all talk about how other players didn't step up, that is all fine and great. But for me, its Melo. He has to be in take over mode. And I don't mean take 35 shots a game, I mean, absolutely bring the hammer down on his opponent. He doesn't have the killer instinct right now. A big problem with Melo is he doesn't appreciate his size and strength sometimes. Last night, and well, all series he hasn't shot great. But at least in past games he will make it a point to get to the line. He got to the line 6 times last night, unacceptable.

JR - He went back to old JR mode yesterday. When it wasn't working, he got rattled and shook and starting shooting long range jumpers instead of doing what he is great at - ATTACKING THE RIM. He went 3-8 from 3. I've said it millions of times now, he is not a 3 point shooter, but he just doesn't seem to get that. When he attacks the rim, he can finish, draw the foul, and or pass it off (like that sweet dish off to Chandler late in the game). Blame goes to Woodson as well for not getting this into his head when he strays.

Immaturity - How immature is this team? My god. And we expect this team to be a championship team? Black suits to represent the Celtics funeral? Scuffle after losing a game at home? My goodness. Where is J.Kidd, Chandler, other leaders on the team? They need to put these young bucks in their place.

This team in these past 2 games just disgust me. I am even more annoyed - not because they lost 2 to the celtics, but this team right now with the way they playing are not even close to competing with the Pacers or the Miami Heat. I am looking big picture and they are thinking this 1 series. UGH!!!!
