This prediction is hysterical, especially when you look at the projected road they take haha. So, ultimately they beat the President trophy winning Blackhawks...with Brad Richards winning the Conn Smythe. Not to mention sweeping Montreal (lol) in the conference final. If there is one single team I would say is impossible for the Rangers to sweep it's Montreal, if only for the fact that the Bell Centre is a house of horrors.

They just update all the players & teams with the stats and run hundreds of simulated games and take the most likely outcome

Interesting. Brad Richards winning the Conn Smyth made me LOL but Nash's numbers, Callahan's numbers and Hank's numbers seems pretty darn reasonable.

If Hank pitches those numbers and Nash goes off we're gonna be tough to beat.

Anyone that can take the Pens down...100%..get rid of them.

Plus if somehow it meant down the line Rangers/Islanders...wow...that would be great stuff too.

I am rooting for the Isles as well. I cant believe it but theyve been sooo irrelevant for so long, that I hate the Pens more

I'd love to see the Penguins go out in the first round and I honestly don't feel anything about the Islanders one way or another so I'm going to go ahead and root against the Penguins.

Got called by my boss this afternoon. She changed my schedule and I'm now working 4pm-8:30pm on both Thursday and Saturday. Figures.

No good news on the injury front: Clowe..concussion, Dorsett...not okayed for contact, Staal...full practice, still fighting blurred vision

Staal is too valuable to this franchise to rush back, IMHO. He is the best all-around player on the team.

Torts says he is confident that Clowe and Staal will be playing in round 1.

Clowe is vital to our Cup dreams. He adds the toughness we lost with Brandon Prust. Without him we're a bunch of pansies, see before the trade deadline.

the Islanders of '75, '82, and '93 will all emerge and take out the penguins yet again in 2013. i feel it. This means the rangers without fail must beat the caps to take advantage of such a favor.
