yeah I knew the jj barea part I e-mailed Simmons about the similarities but he always ignores my messages.
Kenny Smith says Curry+Thompson is the best shooting backcourt he can think of unless you take Jordan and anybody because he took most of the shots. He specified he was talking about shooting. Jordan wasn't a better shooter than Curry. Not even close.
Golden State handing it to Denver right now. Up by 19 to end at the end of 3. I guess the Warriors don't miss David Lee that much.
Spurs onto the second round! Cheering hard for GS because Denver to me was a real threat, like I felt before the playoffs started that the Spurs could get knocked out by them, if golden state knocks em out it would be a huge plus. WCF return is looking like a real possibility, had my doubts at many points but its looking real now.
the path to the WCF could hardly be easier. The Lakers were sending a D League team out there. Then you get Golden State, with no David Lee. And then in the West finals it's either OKC with no Westbrook or Memphis/Clippers. So all of the biggest threats to SA were destroyed by injury. The finals should be Miami/Spurs because it could hardly be any easier, but who knows? Maybe the Spurs lose in the WCF.
Yeah spurs and heat have to become the favorite. Heat have caught so many breaks and the thunders one spot where they had a clear advantage was PG over the heat.
Bulls/Nets playing another great game. Joe Johnson is overpaid, but man he seems to have a knack for hitting important shots in the 4th
very overpaid he's been that way ever since he signed the contract with the Hawks Paid like a superstar and he's never really been close to being a superstar. Also his teams haven't really done very well. This series is the East version of Grizzlies/Clippers.
Yep, agree. Hawks had a 17 point lead at half over the Pacers, now only up 5 on IND. Yeah that's where the Heat become the overall favorite.
"maybe the Bulls are tired, they have every right to be." Each team played in that triple OT game, and each team had a day off (although they did have to fly from Chicago to New York).
You know it! Can't have real officiating when Daniel Stern is still in charge. But we both know that the Spurs won't sniff the finals until Stern is in the ground.
What they meant to say "You can't rely on Nate Robinson to score 23 points in a quarter and Kirk Hinrich is out" Yeah those 4 titles Stern didn't let you have, real tough life you have :breakdance: 3rd most titles since 1991.
