I don't go QB here, but if I do it's either the safe pick in Renfree or the flip of the coin on Bray who will either be a top 5 QB or out of the league in 3 years.

Didn't have the luxury of selecting Lattimore. He had a nasty injury.

Jets did nothing at all to address overall lack of speed/pass rusher at line backer, didn't add a TE, and added no type of explosive offensive option.

If they keep Sanchez, and they should, and he and garrard beat out Smith in training camp it will be a completely wasted round 2 - which is what the Jets seem to do.

The next 24 hours will see a flurry of teams making UDFA signings.

Probably, not like we need help at TE, OLB, S, WR, etc. Go Idzik! Draft too many guys at some positions who will just be cut in a few months and rely on udfa to fill major gaps on the field. Super Bowl here we come!

and I'm not even going to try to guess what the jets do here, and I'm not going to get my hopes up for anything exciting.

I'm not getting excited about this pick. The last pick was a total waste IMO.

If we take a freaking o-line or d-line here I'm gonna smash something.

This is a two year process.... Build the lines this year and possibly get your qb of the future while getting your defense back to elite. Next year we will have 50 million in cap room and we can focus on skill players.

A very good assessment of the Jets draft...

I know it's early, but I would judge Idzik's first draft as a minor failure.
