Farrior moved to ILB. That might be where Gholston goes in the end.

Yeah, watching that game is the first thing that perked my interest in Sanchez. Penn State does not get blown out in bowl games, it just doesn't happen because Paterno's defenses are too strong to allow that. Sanchez just dismantled them.

24 years watching this team from the age of 13 when i lived in brooklyn and never have I been so excited about this franchise.

Lets lift our heads about a GM who is trying to make us the best . Look back at the 80's and early 90s and no one call tell me this ain't good

Agreed...Ratliff, Coleman and Elam were Mangina guys. With us getting Leonard at S, we gave up nothing but a 2nd rounder for Sanchez.

I'm surprised so many people think we gave up a lot to move up. We gave up very little in value other than the picks and even those were low according to the Draft Pick Value Chart. The only thing is I wasn't sold on actually picking Sanchez. Now that' he's a Jet though, I'm gonna be hopeful!

We should formally apologize to those two douchebags at the draft who were shaking their heads when the trade was announced and Sanchez was chosen. Remember them? We turned them into pariahs and they were right all along! I ask where is the justice for those two douchebags? Where?

it is easy to make that proclamation when you have nothing to lose. but the reality is nobody can say with any certainty whether a player will be good or not, so if they do and it comes true, it has nothing to do with them being right.

this was still a good trade from a value perspective, moving up from 17 to 5 for some scrubs and a 2nd. we just picked the wrong player.

If you knew then what you know now, you would have been shaking your head with them.

So true, but I don't believe that these guys were shaking their heads because they had some deep analytical understanding that most of the rest of us didn't have (kudos to alleycat9). I think they were just being douchebags and hamming it up for the cameras. That's what still compels me to want to kick them both in the nuts.
