Just wanted to pass along that D'Arnaud fouled a ball off his foot and suffered an injury. He has been placed on the DL.... only the Mets.

D'arnaud!!! He's now has an injury rep. Very worrisome.

No comments as the Mets and Harvey kick Washington and Strasburg's asses? Harvey pitches 7, 4 hits, 1 earned run, 7 Ks, getting out of a no out bases loaded jam. Ike and Duda each with 2 home runs.

And the Mets will continue to lose games Harvey doesn't pitch.

I'm actually shocked that FOX would break away from the game to make us watch Sweet Caroline at Fenway. Did anyone really care to watch them sing it, I mean really? They couldn't even do a split screen to allow us to follow the game.

I mean, granted it was one batter. But it's just such a stupid thing I can't believe it.

Actually, I'm not shocked FOX would do that. It's stupid nonetheless.

    Yeah he's been on fiyah....

Wheeler has been struggling in AAA but I blame the PCL for that.

Ike despite his two hr looks low on confidence , move duda to 1st and get lagares up to OF

No way. You're not doing that. At the end of the season, I think it's pretty clear that Davis will have much better numbers than Duda.

Ike was getting booed like crazy. I thought the announcers would say something about that after he went deep again.

Ike has major flaws at this point and is a strike out machine... Average around.160 again and not sure he gets a 3 month pass like last year. Duda is a liability in OF so not sure why it's such a horrific move to send ike downfor a while to fix his mechanics.

On plus side Lagares is a sound defensive player and a better prospect than Niewenhuis or Lutz

The problem is with Davis even if he hits .200 you know he's good for 30 HR's. Duda doesn't have that type of power.
