That's what i'm thinking their history with Moscow is understood well but i personally have no idea in regards to the US. here is the suspect at large
Didn't want to be the first to point out the obvious: President Romney would've stopped all this from happening.
Speculation, but the Bombing was an attack on a international event, since the Boston Marathon is so internationally visible and not an attack on the US specifically. They want international attention on their plight for independence so they attacked a very visible event. ...but who the fuck knows.
Chechnya has a lot of interesting reads for all those interested (start with the Second Chechnyan War and information like these diplomatic cables http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/us-embassy-cables-documents/65802). Culturally the attacks make very little sense as the U.S. took a staunch stance against Russia under Clinton in '99/00 Sec of State Albright to UN:
BREAKING: Third man has been arrested. Being called an accomplice, not yet called a suspect, reports NPR's Dina Temple-Raston.
brothers came to US in 2002 or 2003 according to Williams again Pete Williams: "He actually drove over this brother to get away."
@NewsBreaker 14s DEVELOPING: Details on TAMERLAN TZARNAEV, 26, born in Russia. Became legal permanent resident in 2007; Killed in shootout
@NewsBreaker 39s UPDATE: NBC: dead suspect had explosives strapped to his body, 19yr old fugitive Dzhokar drove over his brother to get away -

Sounds more like a couple of rogue jihadists instead of Chechen fighters. Also: "If he wins enough fights there, Tamerlan says he could be selected for the US Olympic team and be naturalized American. Unless his native Chechnya becomes independent, Tamerlan says he would rather compete for the United States than for Russia."
"Tamerlan fled Chechnya with his family because of the conflict in the early 90s, when he reportedly was about five years old. He is said to have lived for years in Kazakhstan before heading to the United States as a refugee. However, despite spending the most of his life in America, he claimed not have “a single American friend.” “I don't understand them," reads one of the captions to the set pictures of Tamerlan, which RT managed to find online."
Context: "Tamerlan, who studies at Bunker Hill Community College in Boston and wants to become an engineer, took the semester off from school to train for the competition. Tamerlan fled Chechnya with his family because of the conflict in the early 90s, and lived for years in Kazakhstan before getting to the United States as a refugee. Originally from Chechnya, but living in the United States since five years, Tamerlan says: "I don't have a single American friend, I don't understand them." If he wins enough fights... Tamerlan says he could be selected for the US Olympic team and be naturalized American. Unless his native Chechnya becomes independent, Tamerlan says he would rather compete for the United States than for Russia. Tamerlan says he doesn't drink or smoke anymore (this is how you know he's a real hypocritical piece of shit. other than the violence, of course): "God said no alcohol." A muslim, he says: "There are no values anymore," and worries that "people can't control themselves."" Pictures from an article about him "Will Box for Passport"
