The guy in the white hat said to have dropped his backpack minutes before the bomb went off at the finish line. And seen walking away before it went off. If its them. I hope they catch them alive.
Bingo and Bingo Why is this important? These hats ain't cheap. Bostonians/runners: are golf hats/these sort of hats common at race events? If not to blend into the crowd, then they either have mutual interests, the hats belong to one of them or one person, or they're brazen. Given that no videos/photos released show them close to each other or conversing it was kind of stupid of them to wear golf hats unless it helped them blend in.
Supposed second hat: Looks like a 7 in a few images but in this one that I just screenshoted it looks like a 3. Hard to tell of course.
My guess is so both could watch each other, in the above picture both are very close and basically not paying attention to each other but if I understand it correctly the guy in the white hat dropped the bag near the finish line and the other across from Lord and Taylor (as he's the one seen running) but my guess it was easy to recognize his partner in a backwards white golf hat. They almost look like the exact same model. I think now that these pictures are out somebody either from a hotel or apartment complex will recognize these guys. From what I understand of the bombs essentially if you shake them around too much they could explode so these asswipes probably didn't travel too far to place them.
I'd assume if that were the case (keeping an eye on one another) they'd use distinct hats as opposed to the same type/kind of hat. Is that true even with the bombs that are made with timers/electronic detonators? I haven't read into how to make a pressure cooker bomb (for obvious reasons).
