Does anyone else see a problem taking a guard with the Revis pick? Most fans would be disappointed that we traded our best player in years for picks and then with that pick Goodell announces the Jets take a guard. I really like Cooper/Warmack but I just think the boos would be deafening.

I agree with you. And again for the record I don't want revis traded, I want him signed long term

Let's say we trade revis for the Bucs 1st, 3rd and 5th.

1st round-#9 (if he does fall) DT Star Lotulelei. He solidifies our defensive front. Wilkerson-Star-Coples would be a deadly and dominate front. Throw Ellis, Snacks, and Garay in there and it's the strength of our team and frees up our linebackers, especially a speedy Davis.

1st round-#13 Chance Warmack or Jonothan Cooper. Solidifies our Offensive line and gives whoever is our qb the protection to have the time to throw. Gives our runbingbacks the lanes and opening to get chunk yardage. D'Brick-Warmack or Cooper-Mangold-Colon-Howard. That is a pretty strong front, hoping Howard improves and Colon stays healthy. Add Duccasse as the 6th man(a powerful man in the run game) and we have a top 10 offensive line. Remember that without protection up front even the best struggle, it all starts up front. Barry sanders is the only runbingbacks I know that can do it without a oline but imagine if he was running behind the line that emmit had, good god he would have every record a rb could have.

2nd round-#39 OLB/DE Okefor- I'm hoping he falls this far. Right here I think we should take the best OLB for a 3-4 defense available, if the value at the pick is right. Add Okefor to wilk, star, coples, Barnes and that is one hell of a pass rush.

3rd round-#72 TE Travis Kelce. There are a lot of jets fans wanting this guy and I think it's the right pick. Feisty with his run blocking and can catch the ball. He is pretty agile for his size. He reminds me sort of like Heath Miller but more athletic. He might be the best overall tight end in this draft and is definitely a better blocker out of the top prospects. Add him to our improved oline and be will also help open up running lanes and help with pass protection, something we haven't had since Anthony Brecht, Keller could never improve and prove he can hold up in the blocking game. Kelce may not stretch the field but is above average in route running and catching the ball with his hands. I loved what I seen from him on the little film that I watched.

3rd round-#73(from Bucs) WR Steadman Bailey. This draft class is loaded with quality wide recievers. Maybe not true number ones but plenty of good number twos. With so many in this draft there there will be a few that fall to the third round and even the fourth round. I really like what I've seen from Bailey and if he's available in the 3rd I think it's the right choice. Holmes most likely will be gone after this year leaving a big hole to fill. A group of Holmes-Hill-Bailey-Kerley would be solid for this season and then Bailey slipping into the starting roll opposite Hill next season with Kerley in the slot. You can never have to many recievers on your team nowadays. I also liked what I seen from Gates last season and is a solid #5, and I'm hoping that kid Thomas Mayo impresses the coaches and makes the team.

4th round-#106 Saftey Baccari Rambo. This is the round where I think we can grab a solid starting Safety. Idk if Rambo last this long but if so we take him. If not there's should be a starter quality safety here available. Lester, Evens, Williams. Pair one of these guys with Dawan Landry and a rotation of Bush and Allen,who I do have high hopes for, and are backfield doesn't look to shabby.

5th round-#141 RB Miguel Maysonet or Rb Mike Gillislee(If he falls). I think a rb should be taken every year because you never know what you might find. There have been a lot of RB's that have been taken in later rounds or Undrafted free agents that become good players. I think Miguel Maysonet can be this guy. I'm really hoping Le'Veon Bell drops, he is being overlooked I think and is a good all around back.

5th round-#147 CB/S Sanders Commings. I think he can fill the nickel roll as our guy to cover tight ends. Has the coverage skill and size to go up against tighends more so then a slot reciever. I think we play a lot of 4-6 fronts this year, scary though with Wilson on the outside. But I like the idea of Wilkerson, Star, Coples, Okefor with there hands in the dirt and then having a mix of Landry, Davis, Harris,Barnes, Allen, Bush, Rambo and Commings. Youth mixed with some vets. This season I believe in letting the young guys get the experience and improve so in 2014 and behind we have a contender with experience.

6th round-#78 DT Lawrence Okey. I say we take this guy and see what Rex and Dunbar can do with him. Two of the best coaches there are when it comes to dline. I think another team will try to grab him like the 49ers. Low risk with a 6th rounder but it can be a home run. The guy has the size and athletic ability and as a rugby player myself he won't have a big problem adjusting to football

7th round-#215 FB Tommy Bohanon. I played High School football against this kid. He was a real beast back then lol 7th round is really BPA and hoping a 5th round or so prospect falls.

I would really happy with this draft minus the fact of losing Darrelle Revis. I know I will get, no qb??? But I don't a see a qb I'd like to take in this draft besides geno smith but that is an unpopular choice at this point. Well enjoy!

Don't know most of players mentioned after the 1st 3 rounds, but I don't want a OL in the 1st round. Jets need playmakers. Guys who can put points on the scoreboard. Star at #9 is cool, but @13 Tavon Austin or a pass rusher. OL can be addressed in lower rounds or F.A.

It would be crazy if we got star at 9 and jones at 13(this is all considering we trade revis)

Or we took Austin, warmack with those picks RB gio in 2nd round and Kelce in the third. I know that it would suck for the defense but we do need points on the board. Plus we could grab a OLB with other 3rd rounder from revis trade and safety in the 4th.

I'm pumped for this draft because theres so many different routes we can take. I think we will have a successful draft, just hoping we dont take mingo, he worries me
