Per NFL.com, link here. NFL to release 2013 regular-season schedule Thursday By Marc Sessler Fear not, friends, the NFL schedule will become public knowledge this week. League spokesman Greg Aiello announced Tuesday that the NFL's 2013 regular-season slate of games will be announced on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET. NFL.com and NFL Network's "Schedule Release '13" programming will simultaneously reveal this year's lineup. We know for certain that the Baltimore Ravens will, indeed, open their 2013 campaign on the road in the NFL's kickoff game. We also have a list of each team's home and away opponents, but the fun behind the schedule release is discovering who your favorite team opens and closes with -- and where critical division matchups fall. We'll also find out Thursday how the league has designed its season-long lineup of Sunday, Monday and Thursday night prime-time affairs. That would be awesome. My rule, the Jets would only play at 1 PM on Sundays. No Thursday night games, no SNF, no MNF. Sunday at 1PM only
I'm not a huge fan of them turning the schedule release into a TV event, seems like it just smacks of desperation for more ad revenue on NFL network. Didn't watch it last year and not going to watch it this year. Still excited for when it comes out to see the list and when we play different matchups, when our bye week is, etc. Plus I'm going to be in Florida for the week of Christmas so I'm hoping the Bucs are in town and maybe I can catch a game (Closer to TBay than Miami or J-Ville). Might get to wear my Revis jersey and everything :beer:
Its been a Tv event for years. Just go on Nfl.com at 8 and it will be right there. The TV is just a discussion, its not like they reveal each week every 10 minutes.

please give us a bye oct 6th. its my daughters birthday. please no monday night game on columbus day. ill take our only sunday night home game the day before columbus day
I doubt we will get a SN game, I will be shocked if we get one. We'll get one Thursday night game like all teams do and MAYBE we'll get a MN game.
we are guaranteed a Thurs Night game, MNF sucks and they put bad teams on there so maybe we get one but I will be shocked if we get a SN game. If we surprise people we could get a flex game late in the year(or if they schedule one it will late in the year when they can flex out) but I will be shocked if we are on SNF.

I like Junc's odds here. I don't see SNF picking us and SNF usually seems to get the better on paper looking matchups than MNF. And on paper we aren't very good looking.
MNF sucks, they get the crappy matchups(on paper, obviously things can change during the year). SNF is the big game and gets the best matchups. The only way I see us getting a SN game scheduled is a late season one that can be flexed out like last year w/ SD.
