As I said earlier, a lot of nothing. Most questions were about Revis No specific comments about Revis,..."talks between players, other teams & staff are confidential". Reading between the lines, it looks like the Jets are still in play in a possible trade. No talk about any specific player in the draft, not one name brought up. Question about QBs in the draft, and no specific info. Jeff Bauer said a few Qbs could be starters. Very vanilla conference, Idzik is very good in withholding info.
Not much info..as would be expected he won't discuss any negotiations that may be taking place, have taken place or will take place regarding Revis..won't say if he will or will not be on the team..same with Tebow..he has spoken with both of them and won't say what was discussed..he believes the draft is deep in all positions including QB..he thinks there are a few QBs that start right away.. Personal opinion is that his body language would indicate Revis will be gone..same with Tebow.
He's a low-key guy. When you have that personality type people look for other queues, like a hand going up to the nose or mouth when you answer a question, indicating possible obfuscation. He'll get it down. He hasn't had a lot of experience as the center of attention in a roomful of people specifically observing him and looking for queues. He's a smart guy. He'll watch the news conferences at some point and learn from them.
