    Eyewitness saying it appeared 2nd explosion came from what looked like a trash can.

    From what I can piece together:

    2 initial blasts
    1 controlled blast
    Then these 2

    But who knows. It's still hectic

    I lived about 2 blocks from the area that was attack back in the mid 70's. Beautiful area, safe, clean, a gem in the middle of a great city. This is a wonderful event on a perfect day in one of the best neighborhoods in one of our greatest cities. There is nowhere to escape from this senseless carnage. It's Heartbreaking.
