I meant a sunday or monday night football game. We most certainly will not be getting either of those.
no way on Sunday unless we are in the playoff race and they flex us in. we could get a Mon Night game, that is where they stick the crappier prime time games w/ regards to SNF vs. MNF. I wouldn't be shocked if we got a MN game. I hope we don't, I hate night games. If we are going to suck I don't need to lose sleep going to late night games or staying up to watch them.
A easy goal for the Jets should be (assuming we have a week 17 matchup with Pats) is to make that game relevant and on national television.
On the road against Carolina and then home against the Pats our only 4pm home game. 0-2 and away we go
LOL! It actually looks quite natural. Not sure who the home opener will be but Im excited for the raiders game. Finally a home game against Oakland, and Jets/Raiders is a great rivalry, two old school AFL teams with pretty passionate fans should make for a good game paired with the fact that they'll both roughly be on the same competitive level, although I would hope we'd have the edge.
Thursday night we will all find out, It got pushed back a couple days, but the NFL is ready to unveil its 2013 schedule. The league will formally unveil the regular-season schedule on Thursday at 8 p.m. Eastern. The schedule release had been tentatively expected to happen on Tuesday night, but the league confirmed on Monday that it was delaying the announcement. We already know — and have known since the end of the 2012 regular season — every team’s home and away opponents, but the league puts a lot of work into the schedule, considering everything from putting marquee teams in prime time, to avoiding long road trips on short weeks, to keeping the Florida teams out of the sun on early afternoons in September, to avoiding conflicts with Jewish holidays for the New York teams. Now all that work is finally done, and the NFL can unveil the schedule on Thursday night. PFT
