Mellette is a true sleeper. He impressed at Senior Bowl practices and dominated at the lower levels at Elon. Hes a big, physical, wideout who makes terrific catches in traffic, and is actually a sound route runner. Not the fastest or most athletic but he holds his own. Once he adjusts to the speed of the NFL I think he can be a very solid payer. Worst case, he adds depth to the Jets thin WR core.
I really like Lerentee McCray, OLB from Florida, he's a great value in Mid Rd 7, probably should have been a 5th Rd pick. A big OLB that would fit nicely in Rex's defense, I would have no issue adding him in a later Rd for depth.
Alright, I'm all done. This has been great, as always. DETROIT LIONS RD1) Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan RD2) Alex Okafor, DE, Texas RD3) Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU RD4) DeVonte Hollman, OLB, South Carolina RD5) Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma RD6) Tharold Simon, CB, LSU RD7) Garrett Gilkey, OG, Chadron State ARIZONA CARDINALS RD1) Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma RD2) Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia RD3) Gino Bernard, RB, North Carolina RD4) TJ McDonald, S, USC RD5) Malliciah Goodman, DE, Clemson RD6) Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas RD7) Chris Gragg, TE, Arkansas
Lets not wait the full time for Dean. Can someone pick for him? I have the Chargers next so again, I can't.
Alright, I am sorry for missing my pick, long day at work. I had no time to get away. Again, I'm sorry. That's not typical for me.
Gave you a RB JTJ....Lattimore will probably be IR'd to start his NFL career so Miami will still be in need of a back and Stacy could find a spot on the roster and get carries behind Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas if need be.
Sorry for missing my pick, broke my phone and had to get it replaced but it took way longer than expected. Was thinking of going BPA anyway, so I like the RB.
Don't worry about it, last round we're allowed to be a bit lazy. Wanted to get this finished by Friday, still think that can be accomplished.
It was he or Stacy I was considering for MIA.....went with Stacy for the Phins as he projects as a better RB through the trenches while Williams is more of a useful return man.
