    ^Me too.

I say you rest KMART until the playoffs. Even if Chandler can't play, just go small and deal with it. Both are vital to our team since Sheed/Thomas/Camby are all still up in the air

Another crazy 3 pointer game. Man, I just hope we can shoot 3s like this in the playoffs. Teams will be tougher on defense, but if we have Novak, Shumpert, Copeland, Kidd, Pirg, JR Smith and Felton continuing their long distance accuracy, teams are going to be in trouble. It's not like they can do what the Heat did last year in the playoffs and completely remove Novak from the game because there are other guys that can hit them. Teams will have to make a choice: Double Melo, or leave somebody open.

Did anybody see that bullshit on ESPN about the player rankings for 2013? Look at this joke.

    http://espn.go.com/nba/conversations/_/id/9140871/nba-player-rankings-no-9-carmelo-anthony

    1. Lebron James
    2. Kevin Durant
    3. Chris Paul
    4. Kobe Bryant
    5. Westbrook
    6. Dwayne Wade
    7. Tony Parker
    8. James Harden
    9. Carmelo Anthony
    10. Tim Duncan

What a load of shit. James Harden better than Carmelo Anthony? Swhaaaa? Tony Parker? Dwayne Wade? You can't be serious. Melo belongs in the top 5. I can see Lebron, Chris Paul and Durant being ranked higher. Maybe even Kobe, but this is redonkulous.

Melo compared with a few players ranked above him:

    PPG: 1. Melo 2. Durant 3. Kobe 4. Lebron 5. Harden 6. Wade
    FG%: 1. Lebron 2. Wade 3. Durant 4. Kobe 5. Melo 6. Harden
    3P%: 1. Durant 2. Lebron 3. Melo 4. Harden 5. Kobe 6. Wade
    FT%: 1. Durant 2. Harden 3. Kobe. 4. Melo 5. Lebron 6. Wade
    RPG: 1. Lebron 2. Durant 3. Melo 4. Kobe 5. Harden 6. Wade
    APG: 1. Lebron 2. Kobe 3. Harden 4. Wade 5. Durant 6. Melo
    BPG: 1. Durant 2. Lebron 3. Wade 4. Harden & Melo 5. Kobe
    SPG: 1. Wade 2. Harden 3. Lebron 4. Durant 5. Kobe 6. Melo
Turnovers (least to most). 1. Kobe 2. Melo 3. Wade 4. Lebron 5. Durant 6. Harden

Here is the average ranks out of all stats above: 1. Lebron 2. Durant 3. Kobe 4. Melo 5. Harden & Wade tied

I included virtually every category under the sun and Melo ranks last in just 2 out of 9 categories, even including categories that don't play to his position. There's no reason whatsoever for him to be down at #9, below all of them. Melo definitely belongs in the top 5. Before even looking at the stats I had him around 3 or 4. Wade & Harden don't belong above him. Westbrook and Parker are highly suspect as well although I didn't include them with my breakdown.

They claim 111 "experts" voted on this by rating players on a scale from 1 to 10. What a joke of a system and the inaccurate results prove it. Obviously they were voting based on personal bias rather than objective facts. What a shame. Not surprising, however, that the majority of the so called analysts and experts are idiots. James Harden over Melo is absurd. The real study done here was on the intelligence of the average sports analyst and they just failed big time.

Seriously. If you could choose any one of those guys to build your franchise around, besides Durant & James, there is nobody better.

Noah is out for tomorrow's game.

Bulls struggling to stay ahead of Atlanta, and they're certainly hoping he can be 100% for the playoffs. He's missed a lot of time. After Rose, Noah may be their most important player (him or Deng).

Chandler and KMART out for the game also. I believe Camby out too.

That means our tallest available player is

    drum rollllll

    Steve Novak!

I think we should attempt only 3 pointers this game just for the hell of it

Martin is questionable, all the guys you listed are out.

Rebounding falls to Carmelo, Copeland, and Novak. Martin too if he suits up.

Giants are the most popular NFL team in Connecticut by far, whereas it's 50/50 on the Yankees / Red Sox

If it werent for the the streak...now would be a nice time to pull a Heat/Spur lay down.

You want 2 but the Bulls give us a physical game and this would be a great game to rest a bunch.

Problem is the roster is so thin already. Nothing to prove to the Bulls and there is little chance we will see them in the playoffs.

That guy should be fired. Thats embarrassing. Forget the NY bias..its embarrassing even for a few that would have made sense 3 years ago.

Wade? Are you serious? Parker and Harden above Anthony? Kris Paul?

With what Anthony has meant to the Knicks you cant even justify Bryant.

I see your point about Paul but over what Anthony had done this year. Only James has put up overall numbers like Anthony and is valid imho.

Knicks close to reaching deal with free agent forward James Singleton the Daily News has learned. A player, likely Kurt Thomas, must be cut

It probably don't mean much because he'll still probably be around the team but why not cut James White instead of Thomas?

Maybe because Thomas has the broken foot and will be out a while?

Kurt Thomas is going to have surgery so he's out for the rest of the year. Even though White doesn't play, in blowouts or foul trouble an able body is more valuable than one that can't play.

I hope you are right and Kurt chills with the team anyways kind of like how Baron Davis was (is?) at the beginning of the year
