on one of them a Marquette player travelled to shake free of a defender then w/ Davidson up 1 Marquette intentionally fouls, Buzz williams is hopping up and down for the call and b/c of the fould Davidson threw it away. Credit Marquette for taking advantage but they shouldn't have had a chance based on those 2 plays.
Southern is a bunch of kids from the hood, Gonzaga looks like a bunch of white kids. No wonder its still close.
Officiating has played a major role in far too many games this year. But I give Marquette credit for scoring 11 points on their last 4 possessions. Most teams would take jumpshots. But you know Marquette is going to drive it. That's all Marquette does, and they have the ability to do it. Surprised McKillop didn't have better defense ready.
