This guy clearly became a Jets fan after the 09-10 Season. We're the New York Fucking Jets?! What does that even mean? That we lose for 40+ years?

I blast Chan Gailey for being a clueless dumb fuck - but he sure knows a lot more offense than Rex Ryan ever will.

And his QB, Fitzpathetic, posted a stat comparable to Nacho.

    So you want him?

    Brilliant, man. Simply brilliant.

Why pick up the scraps from a division rival who sucks worse then we do? I mean is this a real thread? Fitz mother fucking Patrick? If the NY JETS are gonna suck, fine, but we can do it without taking on the BILLS scraps. Fuck him.

I'm with ya buddy. Never said we should have signed Fitzpatrick. Any time any FA becomes available somebody wants to sign him.

Flacco did have a historic post season though.

Okay back on topic, I would've take Fitzpatrick as a stop gap nothing else.

Sanchez is a better qb than Fitz. Glad we didn't sign him.

Fitz got 3.25 per year to be a backup. That's more tha we have to spend right now.

Flaco used to be Sanchez, He literally used to be Mark Sanchez sometimes worse. Baltimore fans wanted to burn him alive a few years ago. Now he is Elite? im not buying it , will see how Flacco responds now that he has to carry the Ravens after they paid him all that money. No Ray Lewis who has been there for ever , thats gonna have a big effect on that entire team so is all the losses they had in FA. So we will see who Flaco really is now

They didn't sign him because he's not much better than sanchez. He can have sone limited sucess in a sprad offense, but I think everyone would have gone crazy had the jets signed him for 3 mill a year and let landry walk for 4. I don't ever think it was even a possibility

My sentiments EXACTLY! I'm still kind of in awe that Flacco has a ring because of how similar he was to Sanchez. Im not a Sanchez apologist, but I can't imagine Joe Flacco doing too much better on this offense last year. (Certainly could not have been worse or even as bad though)

Because if we cut Sanchez he costs us more than if we keep im in cap terms, if you bring in Fitz to be a starter he will want starter money and we cannot afford it; sanchez is terrible but Fitz doesnt seem much better so why saddle us with a meh QB?

I would miles rather we tank the season, clean house and start over with a new rookie QB a la the colts or Redskins.

Oh def, If Flacco had to be the QB of the Jets last year it would have been him getting a butt fumble. He woulda done just as bad . Look who he had to work with last year, Ray Rice,Boldin,Torry Smith,Pita and on down the list.Sanchez had new recivers every week, 2 diffrent Hills,Cumberland, scilenz,Kerley,Clyde Gates, Keller was always injured and when he wasnt he was useless.Out of all of them Kerley is good but he is not great

It's too bad Buff and the Jets don't have OC's or QB coaches that the Head Coach is responsible for developing QB's. Wait a second...The HEAD COACH has NOTHING to do with the development of QB's as all 32 teams do have QB coaches and offensive coordinators. In the case of these two teams, the OC's sucked recently, so neither Sanchez or Fitz developed. Guess it's easier to blame the HC instead of actually paying attention.
