The inability to understand numbers and how it transitions into contracts, along with your plain sense of ignorance, feeling the need to throw an opinion out there with no knowledge of whats ACTUALLY happening is far different from misreading a name, my friend.

Damn. Miami is so aggressive this offseason. Was hoping Idzik sign one/two decent OLB this offseason so Jets can have more flexibility this draft.

That's what he posted. People are just saying they want him in Miami.

So everyone calm down and lets get back to the thread here....

I know it sucks when Free Agencey hits and we dont come out the gates and do anything but deal with it because we finally might have a GM that knows what he is doing and doesn't make moves to impress beat writers or make headlines..

Barnes and Butler would be two quality signings for us. Both are these guys are diamond in the rough type players and that is where we should be focusing our efforts. I don't think we are going to be able to grab both of them but I would prefer both of them over Gibson..

If only get one and get another in the draft we might have a pretty serious LB corps.

Also I hope we get the Goodson signing done too he would be perfect in a WCO offense with the other two.

Lets piece some moves together and have a good draft

Obviously Barnes wanted too much coin, onto Butler.

It seemed odd to me that we were meeting with him given the amount of money we have and the amount of money he probably commands on the open market. Victor Butler is a cheaper alternative and could turn out to be almost as productive. Now we just have to hope we sign Butler or else we'll be relying on rookies to get to the QB. I don't think there are too many other pass rushers available in our price range.

Keller took a physical and talked contract. Barnes didn't take a physical and left without an offer.

Yeah but Butler paired with our first round pick, preferably Jarvis Jones, would be sweet!

Oh and not a big deal about the other thread LOL

Dont forget Garrett McIntyre will be in the rotation and looks like a good developmental player.

Have you ever said anything positive about the Jets? Every one of your posts rips the Jets. Yes, people do want to play here and the Jets are being careful. If they spent, you'd whine like a bitch about that also. You remind me of a slug named Kevin T. (400 pound Native American that pretended to be African American. He once had a band with his brother and sister who are/ were ashamed of to admit he was related) that posted under multiple screen names and whined to drag everyone down to his pathetic level of humanity!!

No one is going to sign here. This is a total fire sale. I know the jets needed to start over, I never thought they would do it like this. The jets are going to look like an expansion team. They will be lucky to win 3 games.

Nobody is talking about him, I'm glad you mentioned him, he played very well in spot duties last season.
