I like what Martin is doing. Why the hell the other teams stayed away from this guy, does anybody know?
I believe after last year he expected more than the minimum and everyone offered the minimum so he just waited. Then the Knicks grabbed him
I really want to avoid Boston in the playoffs. Assuming we will finish 2nd or 3rd, I hope they end up having the 5th seed or 8th seed.
I forgot about the Lakers for some reason. And to Brooklyn, my dream scenario is we grab 2, the division shakes out so that Boston/Chicago is the 4/5 matchup and then the winner of that gets Miami. That leaves us vs BK/ATL and then most likely of IND.
Remember we were 18-6 without Amare...They played like they wanted to share the ball again last night. Martin will help on defense. We need Melo though and 100% I bet he will play against Denver
Blew out the Jazz, 21 total assists Copeland with some good mins as well as Martin. Go Team keep it rolling
^ good news. I was kind of upset Lee didn't play us the first time. Was sure MSG would give him a nice ovation he deserves
Frank Isola @FisolaNYDN JR Smith has right knee soreness. When I asked him if this was just a way to avoid playing in Denver he said: "No way I'm missing that game" Frank Isola @FisolaNYDN Correction: It is J.R. Smith's left knee. But his quote is accurate. (I think) Knees are not safe once you are a Knick
26-23 Warriors after 1. Curry held at 11. Well that wasn't too bad. Chandler has two fouls though. I believe Melo played the whole first quarter, not sure about that idea with his sore knee. Better keep him under 35-40 minutes
We ran out Kidd/Smith/Novak/KMART/Kurt Thomas out to start the second. Horrendous offensively, but defnesively, locking it down against Lee and the Warriors bench. I want to see some Prigioni though. He has more speed than Kidd to successful run the PnR and he does a great job on the boards.
