and just like clockwork i recieved a survey from the Jets about my season ticket experience everything i said was lower ticket prices
Same here. I didn't feel like typing out a novel just said I've learned to live with the upper deck but not the prices. Just telling them the stadium sucks 100 times won't do anything. I just expressed a need to lower prices and told them by how much and what I thought is a realistic number.
Sorry I disagree WJ mind set IMHO is that there are enough NYJ fanatics out there like U, 227, 314 etc, etc that U will scream & yell BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT in the ultimate end you will ante up your money no matter what the cost is sorry to say
Will defaulting affect my credit score/ any of that stuff?? I know they dont have my social and I really dont think they will come after people in Court.
That is what I figured. Thank you, I really just see PSL owners defaulting can only lose the money they paid towards the PSl. There is no tax deductions it is an entertainment expense and that is about all so I think the balance will just be pushed to the side. I really dont see them trying to get the remaining balance because if they find someone to buy a PSL at full price and want you to pay off the balance as well that just looks greedy and the court system will throw it out.
I think the media would be all over WJ if he really decided to sue the NYJ PSL holders however that is JMHO. The negative fall out from such a action would have really severe implications about the NYJ franchise IMHO with questions about it's stability reaching the other 31 owners
Yes I would have to agree.....and after reading that article about the browns it is only a matter of time before losing franchises in this economy do the same.
Hell no. No Social, no fucking with your credit report. In fact, they purposely didn't collect SSNs because they wanted people to walk away so they could resell the PSL at full price or even higher and pocket your previous payments free and clear. How's that working out for you Woody?
Well let other franchises take care of themselves since each state has different laws. Just worry about your own situation & figure what is the best method to walk away with your only loss being whatever U paid in to date
I think it's silly to default, all PSL holders should have known what they were getting themselves into. Try selling the PSL even if you have to take a hit on them, much better idea then defaulting and having to deal with the Jets calling you every week. IMO!
you really are a weasel. maybe if you put as much effort into paying for them as you are into trying to get over you would be able to handle the situation.
