Report: Brady Quinn likely to end on Jets

We are not exactly an offensive juggernaut either. It's gonna be Nacho, we have to surround the QB with as much talent as we can and "hide" the motherfucker like we did in 09/10. So far we have acquired Santonio Holmes. A Revis trade could land some more weapons, then also the draft. If Sanchez can't produce with legit talent around him (as opposed to Clyde Gates, Chaz Schilens, Marty Gilyard or w/e), then we kindly let him walk after '13 and go from there.

 

My money is on McElroy. I don't care, I like McElroy.

 

He basically had a 1:1 td to int ratio with the browns. He sucked with the Chiefs last year but he was missing Bowe in three of his starts. He sucks but he might not suck as bad as Sanchez.

I dont have any problem bringing him in for the minimum. There isnt much out there.

 

Look, we aint got the money for second tier QBs! We just have to scrape the bottom of that barrel and hope we get 10 wins out of anybody NOT named mark Sanchez. Like I said, I like McElroy.

Hey people, he played with the Browns and the Chiefs......and maybe with Denver? for a short stint?.....Lets see what he does with us......Ya never know.....I'd go with him before i'd go with sanchez...havent we seen enuff of that shit...........lets just see......Remember when Tuna brought in Vinnie to back up Foley?.....Vinnie said right out...."i didnt come here to be the backup".....he was rite........lets see what happens.............and im not sayin Quinn will win the job, but fuck sanchez

On a second thought, I don't mind it too much - especially if Quinn comes at a vet min. Like I said for umpteenth time, QB should be drafted NEXT year. So, if the plan is to have the backup QB now, that can't be THAT bad.

 

I wouldn't mind the pick-up at all. Bring him in, do your thing on training camp and try to win the job..

I would like to see McElroy starting next year though.
